Courtney Love Claims She Had an Affair With Gavin Rossdale While He Was With Gwen Stefani
Courtney Love says she and Gavin Rossdale carried on a sexual relationship while the Bush rocker was with Gwen Stefani.
Love told
Howard Stern that she had a "vision of marrying Gavin Rossdale one time ... We were like, 'Let's go spend our rock star money,'"
The Huffington Post reports.
According to the Hole singer, the two had an eight-month affair, and she knew he was with Gwen at the time.
"Everyone gave me so much s**t because Gavin sounded a lot like Kurt ... But man, he was such an Adonis in his day! He got good in bed ... something happened. Maybe Gwen taught him, for all I know."
Love even told Stern that Rossdale was sleeping with more than just her and Stefani. "We didn't have a lot of pressure on each other, but we did like each other quite a bit."
In addition to revealing this affair on the show, she also dished on her
current problems with Billy Corgan of The Smashing Pumpkins. Love was only cordial toward Rossdale, describing him as "lovely."

I think this woman has an insatiable appetite for the entire world hating her. In the era of mistress backlash, she's jumping on the bandwagon. Is this supposed to make the world like her for some reason?

Courtney Love is a human train wreck. The difference between her and an actual train wreck is that it's easy to look away from her skanky@ss.
Man, this article is taken out of context. Typical media distortion of what was said. If you people bought sirius and listened to Howard, like any sane person should, than you'd have heard her say it was at the beginning of Gwen and Gavins relationship, before anything was exclusively etched in stone. At some point he probably had to make a choice and he went with Stefani. So what. This is barely entertainment "news".
She did allude to a tawdry night with Kate Moss though. For that portion of the interview you had to listen to what wasn't said as much as what was said. She was lit up in the studio that day.

Not just nasty but more than a little unbelievable, considering the chemicals her poor liver and kidneys have had to filter. The brain eventually goes and I'd say she's well into that stage. Probably imagining she's had love affairs with everyone from King Louis I to Batman!
Eh, I highly doubt they probably were married yet.
She's written songs where she felt elated that he picked her after being with so many girls and things along those lines.

Let's see: Courtney, a not so attractive former (or not former) drug addict, not a good mom and a has been. Gwen, a pretty, smart and talented woman, in a marriage that's last longer then most people in hollywood, with two healthy and beautiful kids.
This is the oldest way for someone like Courtney to get some attention, and publicity, on herself. Granted it's negative but attention none the less.

The song 'Awful' by Hole was rumored to be inspired by Rossdale after Love had a fling with him almost 20 years ago. This was back in the mid '90s, before Gavin & Gwen were a solid couple. The irony? I bet all my money that Gwen already knows about this ancient history.
