Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry Reportedly Split

Halle Berry is reportedly splitting from model Gabriel Aubry, ending a five-year relationship. The couple has a 2-year-old daughter, Nahla Ariel Aubry.

"They've worked out a financial and custody deal. They spent months hammering out a deal with a lawyer," RadarOnline.com reports.

Although we have yet to hear from either beautiful celebrity's camp, Radar's source says the couple's age difference -- he's 34, she's 43 -- played a big part in their split.

"Gabriel just felt it wasn't working anymore," Radar's source says. "When they were first together, the 9-year age difference between them didn't phase him, she was the most beautiful woman he had ever dated and he was totally in love. But as time went on he started feeling it more and more. Also, Gabriel started noticing other women and being attracted to others, and he felt it just wasn't right to stay with Halle in those circumstances."

Radar also reports the couple will share equal custody of their daughter.

Berry was previously wed to former baseball player David Justice for five years and to singer Eric Benet for four years.

I think it was Halley eventhough, the report says it was him who wanted to split. I don't think Halley was ever interested in White Men. Halley loves black men. Either way at least their friends. I bet the next man she dates he'll be black.

Why is it that because they are beautiful people they are automatically superficial and only care about their looks? It is sad that people have such insecurity that they have to put down other people that they don't even know. Sad, but whatever is or is not going on with them, I hope for the best for them and their beautiful daughter.

Man, I really hate to hear this. I thought they would make it. But, at least, he was man enough to realize the relationship wasn't working and ended it. As opposed to sleeping around on her. If you aren't happy, end it. Cheating is unnecessary and selfish. Hear that, Tiger. And, I always find it funny when a famous female celebrity ends a relationship, people automatically start counting up her ex's. But, never do it with men. Like, how many girlfriend's has George Clooney had? I seriously think he put an expiration date on each girl when he starts seeing them. Leave halle alone. They were together a little over 5 yrs, not 5 months. Get overselves.

It is not their age that separated them. They just chose to go their separate ways. If Halle wants to be involved with younger men, that is her choice (who cares if she is 43 and he is 34 or 25 or 21).

I just don't get why Halle Berry has problems with her men. I mean, I get why I do -- I'm not a beauty but people say I'm pretty. I always think I'm not pretty enough. But I guess men just get bored no matter who they're with. At least that seems to be the general thing that happens. But Halle is definitely pretty enough. Is there anyone more beautiful than Halle Berry? It's something to think about.

And, this doesn't sound like it will be a long, drawn out custody fight, which is very good to hear.

I'm sorry about this. Quite frankly 9 years isn't that the big a difference. I'd hope that Halle found a man that she could depend on. The others were such disappointments!! When Gabriel starts dealing with those younger "airheads" he'll start missing Miss Halle. I wish her well!
