Sandra Bullock and Jesse James Selling Their Beachfront Home

Their divorce filing made public this week, Sandra Bullock and Jesse James are now selling their California home.

Radaronline reports that the stunning Long Beach water-side home is on the market and all yours for just under $6 million.

There will be no open houses for the property to keep the curious at bay. Potential buyers will be screened and must first pre-qualify before even seeing the property. This screening process includes submitting bank statements and even getting pictures taken.

The beautiful home has taken on terrible memories. In her interview with People magazine, Bullock says she found the news of James' infidelity in the property. "I did the only thing I could do, and that was pack enough clothes to live on," she said, "and get out of town."

Meanwhile, Bullock (along with her adopted son) has been furnishing the Victorian mansion the couple bought together in the Garden District of New Orleans, according to the site.

Bullock filed for divorce on April 23 in Austin, Texas, where she maintains a home, keeping the process secret by discreetly using her backwards initials "B.A.S." and James's initials "J.J.G" on the paperwork.

This house is only Jesse's. He owned it well before he even met Sandra. Rumor in area is that Jesse will also be selling his Berger Joint and another place in Calif. He is trying to redo his life and I hope that he can, for his children's sake. Hope that he get a fast sale so that he can start to improve.

Friends say that he changed his cell phone number and is not giving out to many people. Good for him.
