Halle Berry Dumped Ex Months Ago and Steps Out With Mystery Man

Looks like Halle Berry's split with Gabriel Aubry happened several months ago, and she was the one who dumped him. "She kicked him out months ago because he wasn't able to pull his weight in the relationship and she wanted to move on," a source told PEOPLE. The couple had dated for five years and are now working out a custody deal. The couple has a 2-year-old daughter, Nahla Ariel Aubry.

Meanwhile, Berry was photographed holding hands with another guy on Friday night as they left the Broadway play 'Fences.' But according to PEOPLE sources they're just "old friends."

"The photographers were chasing them so he just instinctively grabbed her hand," the source added.

"They've worked out a financial and custody deal. They spent months hammering out a deal with a lawyer," RadarOnline.com reports.

Aubry confirmed the break-up over the weekend, adding "While I will not comment on all of the wild inaccuracies being speculated about in the media, I am sad to say that Halle and I have decided together to separate at this time," Aubry said in a statement to Access Hollywood.

The newly single actress was out Saturday morning in New York City to co-host the 13th Annual EIF/Revlon Run/Walk for Women in Times Square. According to onlookers, the actress revved up the crowd with her energy.

"I can't tell you how happy I am to be here," Berry said (via PEOPLE.) "I am walking today on behalf of a friend of mine, Stephanie, who is fighting the fight every day. I feel you, I'm with you, and it's important that we're all here today."

Berry was previously wed to former baseball player David Justice for five years and to singer Eric Benet for four years.

Since Halle is Biracial she should get a Beautiful Biracial or MultiEthnic man mixed people are the most beautiful people on the Planet here are some really good choices Anthony Gallo, Wentworth Miller, the Rock, Derek Jeter, Jesse Williams, Shemar Moore, Rick Fox, Will Lemay, Sean Newman, Marcus Patrick. I love Halle but she certainly has a problem keeping men. It has nothing to do with looks and lot to do with the make up of the person's character and I am so sorry light skinned has nothing to do with it. Too many people think that skin color is the answer and will go to extremes to get it. Well that is wrong as it can be. The young man she is dating might be just what she needs and I don't think he is a thug. Perhaps she just needs to be alone to find herself.
