Caillat's latest single, 'I Never Told You,' delves into the regret that comes after a breakup. In an exclusive on-the-set clip from the song's video shoot, Caillat talks about what exactly inspired the tune, while director Roman White explains the video's concept.

"I wrote 'I Never Told You' half in a hotel bathroom in Europe while I was on tour and the other half on the island of Kauai, Hawaii, with Jason Reeves and Kara DioGuardi on a writing vacation," Caillat tells PopEater. "It's one of my favorite songs to sing on 'Breakthrough.'"
