With his current marriage in limbo and legal problems hovering, Charlie Sheen has surrendered custody of his two children with ex-wife Denise Richards, according to a TMZ report.According to the site, Sheen and Richards signed an agreement two weeks ago that gives the 'Starship Troopers' actress full legal custody of 6-year-old Sam and 4-year-old Lola. Sheen and Richards had been sharing joint custody.
Richards reportedly sought full custody following Sheen's Christmas Day arrest for allegedly attacking wife Brooke Mueller. Sheen has been charged with felony menacing and misdemeanor assault, but the actor's lawyers are said to be working on a plea deal.

Name calling is for grade schoolers, it never makes ANYONE look better, or smarter when calling others names... Just so you know.
As far as this story goes, charlie has his priorities mixed up.
He and his wife are having problems, so he gives up his other two children to his drug using ex wife? Like I have always thought about charlie,, its all about him. To heck with everyone elses lives, as long as hes happy. This is as low as it gets.
Its always the children that suffer when their born to 'parents' like this.

I must be out in left field someplace, but I don't believe that I ever heard that Denise R. was a drug user, Playboy Playmate 2 tmes I believe, but I don't recall drug user. That is the curret wife who seems to be in rehab quite a lot as of late. As far as I know, Charlie didn't register any drugs or booze after that Christmas day thingy he is accused of doing. I think that his present wife is a lush.They should have never married each other both being users. My husband and I like Charlie and love the show, but something needs to get straightened out with him.

I don't think Denise uses drugs. You may be confusing her with the current possible ex-wife-to-be, Brooke Mueller. I never heard Denise used drugs. Lesbian scenes in a movie doesn't mean she's a lesbian. And so what if she was anyway.

i think they should start serving their prison sentence now to get it out out of the way for possession and selling of drugs.charlie should ask micheal douglas what to expect and who he needs to payoff so his kids get the same royal treament when their busted.
if they serve their sentence now than the government will owe them one and since their kids it would be easier

I think that someone is mixed up again. I don't think that I am, but who knows, anything could happen! His ex wife is Denise Richards whom the 2 other kids belong to, too. I just don't think that she ever used drugs, but I would like to have some proof. I think that everyone is getting her mixed up with the "Present" wife in re-hab.And I think that that is a good thing that she will have them full custody so she can make total decisions for them. I read it in another article.And can take the kids out of state without Charlie having to approve of it.

Why doesn't somebody HELP Mr. Sheen? Surely someone in his family can get help for this lunatic!! He needs to be away from society before he seriously does injury to somebody or himself!! DENISE HAS ALWAYS BEING AFRAID OF CHARLIE'S UNSTABLE BEHAVIOR AND THATS EXACTLY WHY SHE DEMANDED MONITERED VISITS FOR HIM AFTER SHE LEFT HIM. THE LITTLE GIRLS HAD WITNESSED DADDY CHARIE GOING BEZERK AND SHE SAID THEY WOULD HIDE FROM HIM AND THIS WWAS CONFIRMED BY A SOCIAL WORKER WHO INTERVIEW THEM.DENISE COULD HAVE OPENED UP A PANDORA'S BOX IF SHE EXPOSED MORE OF THE VIOLENCE IN HER MARRAGE SO ..HELL YEA CHARLIE SIGN OVET FULL CUSTODY TO HER .. I do not care about entertainers personal lifes. Every one should be concerned about their own unless theirs is perfect. I love him on Two & 1/2 men totally funny show I even laugh at the reruns every day.
