Exclusive: Heidi Montag Will Enlarge Breasts Again

Exclusive: It seems Heidi Montag's 13 plastic surgeries weren't enough, after all -- Spencer Pratt says his wife wants to enlarge her breasts again, the new issue of Life & Style reveals.

"She wants to do it within the next two months and film it for the new TV show she and Spencer have been pitching to cable networks E! and Oxygen," an insider tells the magazine. "She feels forced into it, because she didn't get what she wanted last time. She's not going to be satisfied until they're bigger."

The kicker? "Heidi's purportedly looking to have the surgery done in Europe rather than by an American-board-certified doctor," the mag reports.

"When Heidi woke up from the anesthesia [last time], she was angry [her breasts] weren't bigger. She said she wanted to punch the doctor in the face," Spencer tells Life & Style. "I try to stop her. She'll do what she wants with her body."

According to Spencer, an April 5 visit to Ryan Seacrest's radio show pushed Heidi over the edge:

"When Heidi entered the studio, Ryan told her that her breasts didn't look that big to him," Spencer, who was standing just a few feet from his wife at the time, says. Although Ryan's comment was clearly meant to compliment Heidi and calm any preshow jitters she may have had before her early morning interview, his words took on a twisted meaning in her mind. "She was taken aback," Spencer says. "She came home in shock."

This story comes hot on the heels of Montag's statement that she's addicted to plastic surgery, her admission she had a "back scoop" procedure and her plastic surgeon opining, "There's really nothing to do."

You are absoulutely right. She has an illness and fame and Hollywood and mental illness do not mix. If this story is true then someone needs to intervene in this fiasco. Where is her family and why are they not helping her? Put her away in an institution. She needs to build her self esteem or get out of the world of celebrity.

hannah, I don't watch the Hills. But I did see a clip from the season premiere and her family did express concerns about the excessive surgery. Albeit in the worst way possible (her mother was a biaaatch to her). Who knows how serious Spencer is about trying to "talk her out of it"? But she is a grown woman. Gonna do what she wants. Sad. Her story is just getting more disturbing as we go along

So true. Personally I don't care if she has her boobs made so big she needs a Sherpa to carry them for her, but I wonder at the ethics of doctors who would do cosmetic procedures on those who are clearly mentally ill.
