Exclusive: Heidi Montag Will Enlarge Breasts Again

Exclusive: It seems Heidi Montag's 13 plastic surgeries weren't enough, after all -- Spencer Pratt says his wife wants to enlarge her breasts again, the new issue of Life & Style reveals.

"She wants to do it within the next two months and film it for the new TV show she and Spencer have been pitching to cable networks E! and Oxygen," an insider tells the magazine. "She feels forced into it, because she didn't get what she wanted last time. She's not going to be satisfied until they're bigger."

The kicker? "Heidi's purportedly looking to have the surgery done in Europe rather than by an American-board-certified doctor," the mag reports.

"When Heidi woke up from the anesthesia [last time], she was angry [her breasts] weren't bigger. She said she wanted to punch the doctor in the face," Spencer tells Life & Style. "I try to stop her. She'll do what she wants with her body."

According to Spencer, an April 5 visit to Ryan Seacrest's radio show pushed Heidi over the edge:

"When Heidi entered the studio, Ryan told her that her breasts didn't look that big to him," Spencer, who was standing just a few feet from his wife at the time, says. Although Ryan's comment was clearly meant to compliment Heidi and calm any preshow jitters she may have had before her early morning interview, his words took on a twisted meaning in her mind. "She was taken aback," Spencer says. "She came home in shock."

This story comes hot on the heels of Montag's statement that she's addicted to plastic surgery, her admission she had a "back scoop" procedure and her plastic surgeon opining, "There's really nothing to do."

The girl is obviously sick.Wants attention and the surgeries are giving it to her.The only talent she'll end up with is possibly in Porn.That husband is nuts too !Both need to go away and get HELP.

Can you imagine trying to tread water with those pontoons out in front of you? She'd be in a natural drowning position say on a reverse 27%'s which would put her new nose under water. And she couldn't swim in the shallow end because she'd scrape her nipples off. Oh and one more thing, if she were to dive with those pontoons they would do a reverse flex and throw her right back out of the pool. Just sayin
