Kim Kardashian's Ex Fights Back After Abuse Leak

The ex-husband of Kim Kardashian apparently has a bone to pick following the leak of his divorce papers from the reality starlet, in which Kim alleged he violently abused her and treated her like a servant. Now, Damon Thomas -- who married Kim when she was just 19 and long before she shot to stardom -- is telling his side of the story exclusively to In Touch Weekly, and he says Kim's allegations are "absolutely not true," going on to call her a "fame-whore" who cheated on him with "multiple guys." Ouch! His words, after the jump!

Thomas, a music producer who has worked with huge acts like Lionel Ritchie and Pink, says that he never beat Kim, and that she only accused him of such actions in order to bilk him of "a lot of money." He notes that Kim never filed a restraining order against him, which he suggests someone would do if their significant other was abusive.

According to the divorce documents, which were first published in Britain's Daily Mail, Kardashian was 19 at the time she and Thomas, then 29, tied the knot in January 2000. Kardashian's states in the divorce papers that soon after their nuptials, the abuse began.

"Damon first hit me a few months after we were married," she says in the statement, going on to describe several instances of alleged abuse in detail. "One incident occurred on the day that Damon and I were going skydiving with Justin Timberlake," Kardashian says. "Before we left home, Damon hit me in the face and cut my lip open. I fell into the bed frame and banged my knee hard."

During their three-year marriage, Thomas claims that Kim was "obsessed with fame" and was a "jealous and competitive" person who "does harmful things in order to validate herself in the media." One could surmise that he's referring to her now-infamous sex tape.

"That's a fame-whore to me. It's just not cool at all," Thomas says. He also goes on to accuse her of cheating on him with "multiple guys," even going on to name Chris Judd -- who was once married to Jennifer Lopez.

Another claim made by Kardashian is that Thomas gave her thousands of dollars and told her to get liposuction. Damon, however, says it's the other way around -- that Kim was the one who wanted plastic surgery.

"She wanted to have that lifestyle ... She wanted to be what she ultimately became."

After three years of marriage, Thomas filed for divorce in 2003. In 2004, it was made official and he was ordered to pay Kim $56,000.

As a music producer, Thomas has worked with countless popular artists, including Lionel Richie and Pink. He also produced the soundtrack for the Oscar-nominated 2006 film 'Dreamgirls.'

The sad part about this article is that I believe him, not her. Seeing all the things she has done to get publicity I would not put anything he said past her. This news article alone was released by her publicist because she has'nt been on the front page in 2 months and wants to keep her 'buzz" going since she seems to be scared to death of not seeing herself on the tabloid sites or the newsstand tabloids. That is evident in her "release" of her video a few years ago, which was a planned and calculated plan.

I have worked with many singers and models and believe me some of them are obsessed with fame and will do anything with anybody to be in the spotlight, even if it's only for 5 minutes. Watching them get their "fix" of fame is like watching a drug addict's response to getting their drugs.

I'm sure she has a ton of other "adventures" we will here about the next time she needs to reguvinate her "buzz"

The sad part is that I beleive him too. I also think she linked her own sex tape to boost her career. I think that if he was beating her we would have heard about this long before now, maybe even around the time of her sex tape. She saw what it did for Paris and wanted the same things for herself. I think it's really unfortunate that there are such people who will throw someone else under the bus to get what and where they want in life. I don't condone domestic violence at all and if he was abusing her then maybe he needs help. Domestic violence is a serious issue and should not be thrown up to make yourself look better. There are millions of men and women who suffer everday as a result of it and it's sick to use it as a ploy for fame.

I believe him too because she has demonstrated everything he is saying by only dating celebrities or people who deal with celebrities and men with lots of money. It's obvious what her agenda is and I'm glad she didn't get Reggie Bush. I think she's exactly what he said she is and he can leave the fame part off if you get my drift. I watched some of that sex tape to see what she did. She gave the guy head and I heard him say recently that he hasn't been in love. That's just disgusting for a woman to do that on tape to a man who isn't her husband. I mean women have to do what they have to do sometimes to satisfy their husbands but she just suck d**k ON TAPE. Gross.

He's right, she went out on him with multiple guys...I know, I was one of them, and trust me, he's not missing anything that a whole lot of people haven't already had. She's really boring and doesn't know how to have a good time, its always about her.

The funny part is that she has all these female fans who just don't seem to get it that "it's all about her" I guess males pickup on that and females seem to miss it. LOL

I just find it very interesting that Kim Kardashian's ex-husband is speaking about this 6 years after their marriage ended. Damon was paid by InTouch Weekly, anyone that knows about him knows that he has financial problems.
