Lady Gaga's highly-anticipated performance on 'American Idol' was cut short and edited, the 'Poker Face' singer claims. "Fox chopped up my performance in four places," she wrote on Twitter. She pre-taped her 'Alejandro' and 'Bad Romance' performance, which originally ran about six-and-a-half minutes in length. But due to time constraints, the show cut it down to just under five minutes. Gaga performed in true 'Fame Monster' style, featuring smoke machines, eight shirtless dancers and a large statue of an archangel. Full Length Performance

Could not believe what I was seeing, Lady Ga Ga should have been singing "Lady is a Tramp" which would fit her just fine.
Everything about that performance was pure trash and almost porno. Costumes were obnoxious,
I loved the show, loved the outfit, and I enjoy her music for what it is: theatrical performance mixed with pop music. Funny, I read all the people on here trashing her, but almost every one of her songs that have been released are a HIT. I would guess that most of the women on here that trash her are probably fat, no talent, envious hags. The guys that trash her are just pissed that they are dating or married to the fat, no talent women I just exposed. Funny.

I agree! Music sure seems to have double standards today! OK for women to show up half naked and fawning over male dancers with all sorts of sexual innuendo, but one Adam Lambert seemingly inappropriate gesture and he is chastized??? Give me a break--by the way I am a 63 year old grandma who adores Adam' singing and showmanship!!
Well I'm a 60 year old Grandma.........I can't figure out what anyone sees in this GaGa GooGoo broad......totally weird.....as for Adam Lambert....not one of my favorites.....he lost me when he was on Idol and did the Johnny Cash song....weird take on that!! I love Adam Lambert and I love Lady Gaga. I am 67 y/o female who remembers Elvis the Pelvis and the Beatles with their long hair (that seems short by today's standards). People don't like change it seems. Most guys my age think the 50's were the best of times - not for me since I am a woman though. I love all music and I see nothing wrong with Adam or Lady Gaga showing racy antics. Madonna did it over 30 years ago and everyone loved her and couldn't get enough. No, you guys have double standards. Lady Gaga and Adam Lambert are just a new twist, a new thing and I think they will do very well.

Obviously she does have talent or she would not be so popular and world renown so early in her career. All of you people are haters with a real taste of sour grapes on your lips. i agree about a few things...I think that as a singer she is pretty good..her fans love her...my only problem with having her on american idol is the fact that its pretty much a family show and alot of younger children do watch..I am sure most of them do not follow Lady GaGa...So i do think its in poor taste to have her as a performer on this show...Am not knocking her at all as a performer because obvisoulsy she is talented but keep it on MTV... thats all I am saying..

Absolutely the worst ever for Idol. Why would they let this trash on stage for a show that is watched by millions. If you are a Lady (?) fan, then buy a ticket and take in one of her shows. But please don't put the rest of us through such a distasteful display as what was on last night. AI, you are a lot better than that!
