Ouch! Comedian Calls Justin Bieber a Young Girl

'The Early Show' had comedian Greg Giraldo on Friday morning to get his take on Miley Cyrus' new video, 'Can't Be Tamed,' but even the hosts seemed caught off guard when he compared Cyrus' over-sexed look with another young pop star. "[The video] seems crazy ... oversexualizing children in a way. She's not a child; she's 17. But it's like that other young girl that is so popular -- Justin Bieber," Giraldo said. Quickly, the 'Early' hosts chime in, "He's a boy!" Watch the video. >>

"What you do with your Disney channel subscription is your business, but that is wrong," joked 'Early Show' weatherman Dave Price.

As the segment quickly ends and goes to commercial, anchor Maggie Rodriguez is overheard saying, "Not nice. Not nice."

Because he is a manufactured pop star. Can he play the music?, can he write songs?, I doubt it. Things like him have a shelf life, unlike true musicians, he will fade and be forgotten. And it won't be any loss at all.

There's nothing wrong with looking like a girl. All young boy actors in Hollywood have a girlish look. Heterosexual men find that it annoys them because they experience "forbidden" attractions.

You hit the nail right on the head, Jude Thom. A lot of nominally "straight" men are afraid to admit that they think Bieber is attractive. They cover up their instincts and go into heavy-duty heterosexual posturing making jokes about HIS manhood. It's all pretty transparent.

BTW....I think this kid has a lot of talent and showmanship and stage-presence.
