Colin Hanks Says 'I Do' in Rooftop Wedding

Colin Hanks tied the knot with publicist Samantha Bryant on Saturday in Los Angeles at sunset on the roof of the London Hotel in West Hollywood, PEOPLE reports.

The couple met through mutual friends, Hanks told the New York Times, and have been engaged since last June.

Alyssa Milano and Reese Witherspoon -- along with her steady companion, Jim Toth -- were among the 150 guests.

"We had the same group of friends and knew of each other, but never paid attention to it," Hanks told the NY Times.

"He was the perfect gentleman," Bryant told the paper.

Hanks, the son of Tom Hanks and his first wife, stars in the new FOX series 'The Good Guys,' which debuts May 19.

Congratulations!....though he is not as famous as his father, I have seen him in many movies and shows and I have always liked him, always played the cute, nice guy....I wish them both the best.

It never ceases to amaze. People read an aticle and then either say, "who" or "this is news?" You know when you read the article what it's about. If you aren't interested in someone getting married, why even open the article. If you haven't heard of the person, instead of making yourself look ignorant with "Duhhh, a who is dat?" why not Google the person and find out? Colin Hanks is an excellent actor with several film and TV credits to his name.

I like Tom Hanks and enjoy hearing about him and his family. Anything is and anyone is better than Brangelina. I've seen Colin in several films and he plays the funny, good guy pretty darn well, kinda like his dad did in his younger years. I have my own business and there's not a girl in the family that has worked for me at least one summer of their lives. Does that mean they're no good at the job, no.

Colin Hanks is adorable. I've seen him in a couple of movies and in "Roswell." Very affable and charming. I also know his dad, and he's a chip off the ol' block. He sounds just like him! :-) Good luck to him in his marriage and the rest of his career.

Like others on here I have seen Colin in a few movies &
he's gotten these parts due to his father... There is
nothing wrong with that , it happens everywhere ... I
just think his talent on screen & tv is totally limited
unlike his dad who has a few statues for his roles....

Saw him in Untracable with Diane Lane, he played a detective who ends up being one of the victums of a seriel killer. It was a very good movie and he was very good in it.

Congrats to Colin and his new wife.Hope they'll be very happy together.I saw him in a movie recently,can't remember the name of it,and I thought it was really good.He played a guy who worked in a book store and found a severed finger in his kitchen and that leads to an "adventure".Tony Shaloub played his father and the Jewish guy(can't think of his name) on Big Bang Theory played his boss.Has anyone else seen it?
