Sixth-Grade Gaga-Bieber Hybrid Wows on YouTube

What looks like Justin Bieber, sounds like Lady Gaga and plays piano like a sixth-grade virtuoso? This guy! The viral Venus Flytrap that is The Daily What snagged this stunning video of a young Biebz-look-alike/Gaga-sound-alike jamming a 'Paparazzi' cover Tuesday morning. We spent our day watching the clip, like, 95 times.

Whether it's the soulful, way-too-mature-for-a-kid-this-old vocals, the hairdo (how'd he get it so Bieber-y?!) or the effortless confidence -- maybe all three -- this clip is a classic. Meet the artist known as Greyson Michael Chance:

Wow, huh? PopEater commends this grade-school genius for putting a unique spin on the oft-covered music de Gaga. We also applaud these sixth-grade females for not fainting in the wake of this spectacular performance.

Young Greyson-san's 'Paparazzi' cover has netted him over 1.5 million hits thus far -- which is a few more views than the two original home video jams hosted on his YouTube channel. Here's the bio from his page -- Greyson97, leading us to believe he was born in '97 and is around 12:

I am very inspired by Lady Gaga and Augustana. Lady Gaga is a freak but she has so much talent and her style of music is what I would like mine to be when I'm older. Augustana is one of the most underrated bands I think ever to step the planet. They have so much talent it is not funny. They have such a good concept with folk and rock. It is very sad that they are so unknown.

Greyson undeniable awesomeness has already inspired a Facebook fan page, which currently has over 5,200 devotees screaming "WOW!" and "Sooooo Cool!" in unison.

Further proof he's a phenom? Ellen DeGeneres has booked Greyson to stop by her talk show this Thursday.

No he's not extremely talented. He has ZERO sense of rhythm. You all must not be musicians if you cannot tell that. ZERO ZERO ZERO sense of rhythm. He will have NO career.

He knows how to control his voice while he sings and even after his voice changes that control will still be there and it will probably even improve by then as well alomg with his ability to play the key board. He reminds me alot of the great Billy Joel.

Well, when his voice changes, it will actually get more grit, maturity, and an appeal similiar to the singer from One Republic. I do not think his voice will change THAT much, because I can hear his technique in his "broken hearts" song. He is doing a great job of sounding open and natural, plus his playing ability and writing ability growing alongside his voice... Just stick with it little man! Haters will hate, even if you do what they want, they find a new reason to hate. SOO just keep belting it out.

this kid.. hes got a great voice... i gotta give credit when credit is deserved.. bieber sucks. how anyone can say hes got talent is retarted. i wont credit that ball bag. but seriously this kids got game. i wanna see what he can do with a flyleaf cover or something with a little more kick to it.. that would be cool and different. if he does flyleaf and matches those vocals then id say he reeeaallly has talent.
