Sixth-Grade Gaga-Bieber Hybrid Wows on YouTube

What looks like Justin Bieber, sounds like Lady Gaga and plays piano like a sixth-grade virtuoso? This guy! The viral Venus Flytrap that is The Daily What snagged this stunning video of a young Biebz-look-alike/Gaga-sound-alike jamming a 'Paparazzi' cover Tuesday morning. We spent our day watching the clip, like, 95 times.

Whether it's the soulful, way-too-mature-for-a-kid-this-old vocals, the hairdo (how'd he get it so Bieber-y?!) or the effortless confidence -- maybe all three -- this clip is a classic. Meet the artist known as Greyson Michael Chance:

Wow, huh? PopEater commends this grade-school genius for putting a unique spin on the oft-covered music de Gaga. We also applaud these sixth-grade females for not fainting in the wake of this spectacular performance.

Young Greyson-san's 'Paparazzi' cover has netted him over 1.5 million hits thus far -- which is a few more views than the two original home video jams hosted on his YouTube channel. Here's the bio from his page -- Greyson97, leading us to believe he was born in '97 and is around 12:

I am very inspired by Lady Gaga and Augustana. Lady Gaga is a freak but she has so much talent and her style of music is what I would like mine to be when I'm older. Augustana is one of the most underrated bands I think ever to step the planet. They have so much talent it is not funny. They have such a good concept with folk and rock. It is very sad that they are so unknown.

Greyson undeniable awesomeness has already inspired a Facebook fan page, which currently has over 5,200 devotees screaming "WOW!" and "Sooooo Cool!" in unison.

Further proof he's a phenom? Ellen DeGeneres has booked Greyson to stop by her talk show this Thursday.

I didn't even like that song, until I heard that young man do it. He puts alot into a performance, put the american idols to shame.

Such an inspiration and wealth of true talent! Watching this, and the reaction of the girls brought back so many memories of so many famous musicians that I loved. And the girl with the long, blonde hair, sitting behind you at the beginning of the video- she reminded me so much of myself at that age. She gets it and will be your fan forever. He won't last long if he keeps singing like that. He is straining his voice terribly, especially on the high stuff. I have studied music and the voice immensely and he needs some major coaching for his own good so his potential career isn't cut short because of incorrectly going about singing. With some work he could be pretty good.

He is fantastic, I hope he finds success and I hope his parents aren't money hungry people who exploit him until he has a break down and he end up like some of these other once very talented young people in hollywood.
