Lady Gaga Rambles in Concert About Death

Lady Gaga has been playing stadiums and arenas around the globe for months and will return to the U.S. on July 1 with her 'Monster Ball Tour.' Yesterday, the 'Poker Face' singer announced even more North American dates for 2011 -- but don't say she's working too hard. She addressed rumors her non-stop touring is wearing her out while performing 'Speechless' in Sweden.

"You know when people say, 'Lady Gaga's really tired, she needs to take a break,' I just think about all those times I sang in bars when nobody was singing my lyrics. I'll sleep when I'm dead, okay?" she ranted. Watch the video. >>

At the 6:30 mark, she begins to ramble even further. "I know that I work really hard and I run myself into the ground, and I also know that alcohol will kill me one day. But I would rather not die on vacation, I'd rather die onstage with all my fans," she said.

Well...if she truly loves her work and fans "Little Monsters" as much as she says she does...she will have to learn to pace and take care of herself at some point....I understand what she is trying to say, but she really is taking her body for granted "a sign of her youth" Gaga learn from the mistakes of others "Winehouse" and avoid those paths.

Paparazzi performance at the MTV music rewards - a potentially self-fulfilled prophesy? I hope not. When you have so much to offer the world - why not try to be around to continue giving over the years. I really love LadyGaGa - but, self-destruction is just something I am so tired of seeing. There is really something very wrong with this person. I can't even call her a woman. She is disgusting to even look at and I couldn't even name one song that she sings. She needs to go away for good.

bad omen....girl needs an intervention....hate to see her as one of the greats who died too soon.

it would be insane to let something like alcohol kill her when she has so much talent going on. Sounds like some people have been telling her to be careful and afraid to put the brakes on her because of her fame and money- like Anna Nicole Smith and Michael Jackson. If they really loved her, they would tell her the truth at the risk of losing her friendship. Maybe she has too much too soon and can't handle it.

@Milton the Monster: Madonna, thank goodness, didn't burn herself out before 30 like Janis Joplin or Jim Morrison (remember the great rock hit Light My Fire?). I am concerned that Lady Gaga is headed the way of J.J., J.M., and other rock singers who burned their candle at both ends and ran out of wax.

And its not only rock singers who are prone to burning themselves out too soon. Hank Williams, beloved by all fans of Country and Western, burned himself out when he was only 30.

So please Lady Gaga: We would like to see you around for a long time, like Madonna. She was pretty wild at times, but didn't destroy herself and is now regarded by many, including me, as the stately, still-beautiful Queen of Pop. You would do well to follow her example.

Lady Gag Gag is such a fake. Rob Fusari came up with her image and her musical style. That was just taken from David Bowie, Roisin Murphy, Peaches, etc...Her annoying fans try to act like she created everything from scratch and like she's the first to do anything. They are dumb and know nothing about musical history. They act like music and videos were created starting with Just Dance. I don't think she has any talent really. She can't really sing and dance. Her music is pretty simple and repetitive. She does basically corny performance art.

Btw, she's only adding tour dates not because of her fans. It's because her tour is going bankrupt.
