Footage has finally surfaced from last summer's 'The Last Song' wrap party in Georgia. Miley Cyrus, who was 16 at the time, was filmed "dirty" dancing with the movie's producer, 44-year-old Adam Shankman. TMZ exclusively uncovered the video ... which included a graphic lap dance. Footage has finally surfaced from last summer's 'The Last Song' wrap party in Georgia. Miley Cyrus, who was 16 at the time, was filmed "dirty" dancing with the movie's producer, 44-year-old Adam Shankman. TMZ exclusively uncovered the video ... which included a graphic lap dance. According to TMZ sources, the people who shot the video say they were offended and many people left the party because there were young children in attendance. Watch the video ... after the jump! The video shows Shankman, an openly gay man, with a drink in his hand as he grinds up against Cyrus' backside on the dance floor. TMZ claims Cyrus' parents, Tish and Billy Ray Cyrus, were not at the wrap party. Her reps had no comment when the Web site called.
"The video was taken about seven months ago at a wrap party for 'The Last Song,'" a source told NY Daily News. "The worst part is that there were little kids at the party and the dancing between Miley and Adam was so dirty that some of the parents actually left the party and took their kids home."
This isn't the first time Cyrus and Shankman have been caught getting too close for comfort. Last June, the producer posted a photo of Cyrus on Twitter, showing the actress provocatively posing in a make-up chair.
"Miley is a sweet angel who works tirelessly and endlessly, and is allowed to have fun in the make up room!" Shankman later said in defense of the photos. "Lighten up or no more behind the scenes pics! She's my little angel sister."

ok so who really cares...like i can understand if she was 12...but she was 16 and i know alot of teens that dance like that who are 15...and they dance worse then what she was doing...if the dude was gay then they were just having fun...that video is old and she will be 18 soon...all because she is in the spot light dont mean everyone can go can talk sh** about her and or run there mouth...she is a dancer/singer/actress...so she goes to a party and *dances* with a older who is gay...hmmmmmm i think any girl dances with there gay friends no matter how old or young they are...the only people that care are the ones that like to start sh** and the people who like to talk sh**

of course if shes raped the guy will b blamed,stupid. i'm a dancer aka stripper myself n ben raped 3 times n neither time was my fault includin bein raped by who i thought was my best friend. sumtimes ppl say stupid things like its her fault if shes raped bull crap,its not her fault. i do admit 2 puttin myself n a bad position the 2nd time it happened 2 me,but it still was my fault.

It seems Miley has not ben taught the basics. I love her voice, and her in movies. But this 'dance' is not appropriate behavior for ANY 16 year old. I dont care who it is, or what they do for a living.
In my day, this man would have went to jail for dancing this way with a minor. Thank God times have changed in ways. But morals, standards, disipline, and respect, for them selves, and others, are not being taught as they should be. Some things dont change, these basics should never be forgotten. But its clear, Billy has not done his job as a father. What kind of father would allow this man to do this with Miley? Not much of one.

why is everyone making it such a big deal? she was 16 , she's now almost 18. i don't care what anyone says , all 16 year olds , guy or girl , dance like that. how do you think teenagers dance at prom? and that wasn't even bad. if she was stripping and dancing on a pole i could understand. but she was at a party , dancing with the producer of the ... See Moremovie. big deal. and for all those parents that said they were offended bc their kids were there - it's a party there is going to be dirty dancing and grinding like that. get over it. she was just having fun. everyone just needs to grow up and leave miley alone. this is all ridiculous.

The way she danced is normal..I'm 22 and almost every girl/guy at a club dances this way. What isn't normal is a 16 yr. old dancing with a 44 yr. old man...gay or straight. She was a minor at the time and Miley needs to be aware of her surroundings (children in attendance) and set an example.

Seriously, Popeater Patented Political Off-Topic Statements (TM) aside, I think we all have to face it, there will be no savior in the recording studios. Today's society just doesn't breed artists we can really look up to. (This isn't so much about Cyrus, who isn't for my age group and thus I don't care for myself personally...her younger fans are a different story...but there was someone else I could name who I thought was different. That is, when she was still being a loyal wife. I trust at least some of you know who I speak of)

I don't care if that man is gay. He was the adult. He should have known better and stopped her. How could he possibly be ok with that? I also don't care that she is a teenager and that is "how teenagers dance" that is also inappropriate. Where are her parents? People keep asking that with Miley. This is icky. Her parents seem to pride themselves on raising skanks- her 9 year old sister went out for Halloween last year dressed as a hooker. I guess since Old Billy Ray ain't selling records anymore, he figured he better start whoring out his daughters. Who knew Hannah Montana was such a skank??
