Ashton Kutcher Calls Wife a 'Genetic Freak,' Swears He's a 'Normal Guy'
Ashton Kutcher is one giant contradiction. When you think of the 32-year-old actor, you probably recall his turns as dopey pretty-boys in 'That '70s Show' and 'Dude, Where's My Car?' But did you know he's one of the most prolific users of social media -- Twitter, Facebook, etc. -- and even owns a successful, multi-platform media company, Katalyst? That his social media use landed him on Time magazine's list of the 100 most influential people on the planet? That he has been a producer on 12 different TV shows in the last five years?
In an
interview with ABC's Cynthia McFadden, Kutcher talks about his double life as an actor/celebrity Twitter all-star, his wife Demi Moore, having children and how normal he is (hint: he isn't).
McFadden asks Kutcher about whether he would like to have biological
children with his now 47-year-old wife. "I don't know," he replies. "It's I don't know."
When the interviewer reminds the star that his wife's biological clock is, well, probably winding down, he quickly retorts, "I think my wife is a genetic freak ... I'm not worried."
Kutcher has become a second father to Moore's three daughters with ex-husband Bruce Willis, the youngest of which just turned 16. "There is something attractive about our third girl gaining some independence. I get to walk the dogs in the morning because she can drive herself to school now," he says. "There is a level of independence that we've never had since our relationship started, and an ability to spend time together doing things that we might want to take advantage of, because in our relationship we've always had kids."
Moore's oldest daughter, actress Rumor Willis, who will turn 22 in August, is just ten years Kutcher's junior.
McFadden also gets Kutcher to discuss his one-time fiancée Britney Murphy, who tragically
passed away in December at age 32. "You know when you go to a party and everybody is standing around, and the music is going, and you know, sooner or later everyone is going to dance," he says. "She was always the first person to dance. And I just try to connect to that and celebrate who she was and how she was, and not make sense of it, 'cause there is no sense of making sense of it."
Kutcher goes to great lengths to convince McFadden that he is a "normal guy" who just wants to "go fishing." Discussing his new movie, he says, "It's a movie about a guy fighting to be a normal guy, just a normal guy ... I'm fighting the same fight. Social media for me and my wife is about saying to people, I'm a normal guy, I have my wife, we have a regular relationship."
His definition of "normal" is a bit different than most people's, it seems. When asked what his greatest extravagance was, Kutcher says, "Neither Demi or I cook. I have someone that cooks for me ... that's the best thing ever. I just want to show up and I want my house to be like a hotel ... so I want to have a couple of options. ... I like to have a couple of options."
A private chef -- that's about as normal as it gets.

The only thing "freaky" about Demi Moore, is that she married a mentally retarded dude! Anyone with half a brain knows, that if Demi Moore wasn't rich, with access to the best make up and fitness experts in the world, she wouldn't look as good as she does. She still looks good in bikinis, but to call her a "genetic freak" is grossly overstating the facts, because she is most definitely starting to show her age, in both face and body....and she had implants, no matter how many times she denies it!

I think he may be smarter than we think if he has been producing shows and movies, etc. He acts like a jerk on Punked, but that show calls for crazy things to happen. Demi has a fine body for her age, but I haven't seen a facial closeup. At 47, she could look great if she has taken care of her skin and skipped the sun. And the most would be some fillers. They are happy with each other and that is a big deal in show business. He is NOT my type, but then I'm older than Demi.

He did not say that he wanted his own kids. He said he has his hands full with the kids that he has. I don't know how anyone got the idea that he wanted kids from this interview?!?!?

God forbid he should clean his toilet or cook a hot dog! Normal eyah right.

Screw these phoney Hollywood losers... they're absolutely useless to our society and pretty much a bunch of freaks who just want to swap mates because they really think that regular people are way beneath them. Keep spending your hard earned money on their crappy movies and see where it gets you. If you really need a diversion in life, just look around... reality is much more interesting.

Actually who really cares? I'm more interested in whether or not our country is going to survive than I am as to whether or not Ashton and Demi are going to have a kid. Get real people, and grow up. There are more important things to think about today.

THERE IS SO MUCH AGE DIFFERENCE IN AGE AND HE SAID THEY HAD LITTLE TIME ALONE SO DOES HE THINK THEY WILL BE ALONE WITH A BABY AND HER AGE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THE HEALTH OF THE CHILD. I DON'T MEAN FOR IT TO SOUND RUDE BUT AS TIME SLIPS AWAY WE CAN'T FEEL LIKE WE ONCE DID, AND WHO WANTS A CHILD TO BE TAKEN CARE OF BY A NANNY ALL TIME, THAT WOULDN'T MAKE SENSE AND IT SURE WANT KEEP THEM TOGETHER FOREVER. GOOD LUCK IN WHAT YOU TWO DO. ADRIAN
