The video shows the pop star giving the movie's producer, 44-year-old Adam Shankman, a pretty intense lap dance. And today, TMZ caught up with her dad to get his thoughts on his daughter's graphic dance moves.

Cash cow is right. I remember "Achy Breaky Heart." I believe that was his only hit. Since then he was relatively unknown except for a small element of country music. Now his daughter is a far bigger celebrity than he could ever think of being. He is on her show. He escourts her to events. Employee is right. She tells him what she will do. He tossed his parent card away when the money started to roll in.

As for Billy Ray, God help us all. He condones this behavior knowing his daughter is a role model for millions of young girls? His parenting skills influence our kids, too, simply because he's Miley's dad. Billy Ray needs to crack down on his daughter, then tell our kids he was wrong, too.
Maybe if he'd get his hair out of his eyes, he could SEE what is going on.

Seems as though the daughter has been supporting the parents, why else would he condone what she has done? Everyone needs to quit buying anything with her name on it, no music, and if he has any cd's out don't buy his either. mommie dearest is probably behind the camera counting the profits. Someone in that family has to earn the money and Miley's been doing it for a long time. Maybe she's tired of lugging her whole family around and is going out on her own.

I have been defending Miley Cyrus to other parents and grandparents I know....UNTIL watching this video. I will NOT be encouraging my two daughters, ages 7 and 11, to be a fan any longer! I was absolutely sickened to watch this piece of pornography between a child and an adult pervert. If Miley does this in public, what's she doing in private??? WAKE UP BILLY RAY, AND BE A PARENT!!!
