Why Kate Hudson Shouldn't Mess With Cameron Diaz

Kate Hudson better watch her tongue when it comes to Cameron Diaz. Apparently, Kate is a little bit jealous that her ex, Alex Rodriguez, has moved on so quickly with the actress, and pals close to Kate told the New York Post that Hudson thinks Diaz is seeing A-Rod because she is "struggling to remain sexy and relevant."

Meowch! OK, Kate, calm your pretty little head down and here's why ...

Cameron is older and wiser than you and, frankly, she's meaner. That's right. Cameron has a mean streak, especially when it comes to fighting for the men in her life. Let's take a stroll down memory lane to the Golden Globes in 2007. Cameron had just split from long-time boyfriend Justin Timberlake. At In Style magazine's after party at the Beverly Wilshire, Cam caught Justin chatting up his now-girlfriend Jessica Biel, and she went bananas. She reportedly pulled Justin aside and engaged him in a heated chat for about an hour, but not before she screamed at poor Jessica, bellowing some unprintable insults.

Cam's gal pal Drew Barrymore had to run interference, getting between the two ladies and forcing a spitting-mad Cameron onto the dance floor, where she glared at Biel from afar.

Since then, Cameron has played it pretty cool with Jessica and Justin, but as the Globes incident showed, she isn't afraid to fight for what she wants -- and what she wants right now is A-Rod.

"Whenever two actresses date the same leading man, there always seems to be a lot of talk about catfights and brawls, but only the people involved really know what happened. Both Diaz and Hudson are beautiful women with incredible careers, so hooking up with the same guy should be the least of their concerns. It's possible that there are ill feelings and drama behind the scenes that we don't know about, but it seems like enough time has passed since Hudson and A-Rod's breakup that he's fair game for another actress to pounce on," says AOL StyleList editor Marissa Gold. "Diaz is 37 years old now, and Hudson is a mom, so one would assume they're both in mature enough places to not let something like this be a big issue. Most women feel that little pang when an ex starts dating someone new, but there's no reason for it to be built up into anything more scandalous than that. We just can't wait to see who Hudson dates next!"

(Side note: We may have a lead on that one. Our sources spotted Kate having dinner with Rich Robinson -- her former brother-in-law -- at Frankies in Brooklyn the other night. It was probably just a friendly former family get together, but who knows.)

As for Kate's assertion that Cameron is using A-Rod to remain sexy and relevant -- well, we have to say that sounds pretty petty and just wrong.

She has proven time and time again that she can carry a Hollywood blockbuster on her own and has done so way more times than Kate. So back off Kate. Cameron not only has a lot of fans out there, but she also has a mean streak that you don't want to end up on the wrong side of.

I don't like Cameron Diaz, her mouth is big like a Chesshire Cat. I think Kate is much prettier.
A-Rod is another A-hole and nothing to write home about,so they deserve each other. And besides Cameron is not 2, she is maybe #3 first was Madonna, then came Kate.

I couldn't believe it when I heard Kate say something to the effect of Cameron having "sloppy seconds." Kate Hudson is the poster child of all things sloppy. She is the ultimate sexual amusement park ride that everyone has been on.

A-Rod is a pig and I do not see what any of these women see in him. Just him being with that filthy Madonna would be enough for me to stay away. Cameron is just his current bed bag for a few week's until he finds another one willing to sleep with him. Cameron & Kate sleep with everyone they can. They are trash. Every week they have a new one, who cares. Kate does look about 15 years younger than Diaz. Diaz get's to much sun aging her rapidly.

Just goes to show you that fame and fortune do not bring wisdom. Both of these women constantly date "players". These guys do not want to settle down they just go from hot actress to the next. That is what most men would do if they could. The problem is these women "let" them. They may get a clue in their 40's how to pick a man but they certainly do not have a clue right now.

Ms. Hudson is young and beautiful. I think Cameron lies about her age. She looks about 45 yrs old. I can see in her face she has a MEAN streak. The uglyness of it shows in her face. I can't understand why beautiful and intelligent women ( like Kate Hudson )( Cameron, you, my dear are on his level ) will lower themselves to be with A-Rod or men like him. He is a PLAYER, USER. ETC.

I think this is one of those stories where things are blown way out of proportion. I doubt Kate and Cameron really care what's going on with the other one's life. So they've dated the same man.....that aint big news!!!
