Charlie Sheen to Earn Nearly $2 Million Per Episode
Charlie Sheen will not only be staying on for two more seasons of 'Two and a Half Men,' the actor is getting a huge pay raise to the tune of nearly $2 million per episode, according to reports.
The deal, between Sheen's reps and Warner Bros. TV, was sealed Monday night and bumps his salary for the CBS comedy from $850,000 to between $1.8 - $1.9 million each episode,
Variety is reporting.
He was already the highest paid actor in primetime, but now he'll be getting about what Ray Romano received for the final season of 'Everybody Loves Raymond,' also a CBS show.
Sheen confirmed he was returning to the hit show in an earlier statement. "To put a fitting end on the two-and-one-half months of whirlwind speculation, I'm looking forward to returning to my CBS home on Monday nights," he said.
The actor had been hinting for months that he was going to leave the show, but the salary news hints heavily that he was just merely jockeying for a pay bump, despite his legal woes.
Meanwhile, the TV star is still facing felony menacing and misdemeanor assault charges, after allegedly attacking his wife, Brooke Mueller, on Christmas. Sheen hopes to make a deal in court.

How do you know Charie's wife "married him for money"? Are you her confidant or did you read her diary? Don't spout nonsense you know nothing about.
Men who marry women for thier bodies are not worse than women who marry for money anyway. Shallow gets shallow.
Glad the show goes on. Funniest show on tv!
I thought he only pulled a kitchen knife on her,not beat her.
Hes always been a bad boy, and yes she knew what she was getting and What really happened that night? None of my concern just another hollywood news line.If my husband pulled a knife on me hed be gone and no going back. She is dumber than a box of rocks.

Charlie,
Is afraid. He took the deal the elitest offered instead of being an activist which is his true calling. He is a sheep waiting to get slaugtered. His choice was take the show deal and keep quiet or go to jail so he chose the former. Typical hollywood fruit or nut you chose. No guts. Especially when he knows that the ENDGAME is NOW. Sell out. What will he do when US currency is worthless?

I do not approve of Sheen's personal life BUT... That is not what the show is about! I love the show and it can't continue without the original cast...... All of it. For those who don't like the show, don't watch it. That is why we have 100+ channels to choose from.

I hope this troubled individual can actually make another couple of years without his demons. The Sheen family has provided us with entertainment for years, most of it well worth watching. It is sad to see this one hit the skids.

I have just breathed a sigh of relief. Love the show although the writers need to step it up. They bombed with the Chelsea character. So boring! They need to keep Charlie's options more - not make him a lap dog. Glad you are staying!

Best show on TV! Would not succeed without him. Charlie is a bad boy in real life... So friggin what! If you don't approve, don't take an interest in him or his show.

Too bad he is returning to a show that has jumped the shark. I am so tired of the Chelsea story line. And lets face it, Jake is just too old. If it wasn't for Berta and the mother I wouldn't watch. I understand Holland Taylor has a new gig as Ann Richards, former governor of Texas, so I wonder if she will be leaving. Mercifully end this show.

Charlie Sheen in the guise of Charlie Harper on 2 1/2 men has given the world more laughter in the 7 yrs that show has been on than anyone since the Seinfeld crew retired 11 yrs ago. despite his difficulties with marriages and drugs there's a lot to be said for someone that makes Mondays a lot brighter than they were 8 years ago before that show debut. Thanks Charlie you'll always be aces with me even though I know you're also a conspiracy nut. I happen to know a lot of really nice guys who also are conspiracy nuts and I don't hold it against them.

None of these tv actors are worth so much money. No wonder we get more advertisements than entertainment. He reminds me of the baloon idiot.

Without a doubt, Charlie Sheen and the Two-and-a-half men show make me laugh. I enjoy the show and the actors and would miss Berta, too. My problem is this, nobody deserves this kind of money, even Ray Romano, when there are kids going to bed at night without proper nutrition. Is this the American dream? Not when there are hungry kids out there.
