Joan Rivers Calls 'Celebrity Apprentice' For Bret Michaels

Who'll win 'Celebrity Apprentice' -- Holly Robinson Peete or
Bret Michaels? Oh, come on. If you ask Joan Rivers, you know she's going to tell the truth.
"How can Bret, after coming back from death, be fired?" asks Rivers, last season's winner, who interviewed the final four on last week's episode and who will be on hand for this week's (May 23) live finale. She is, of course, referring to rocker Michaels' miraculous recovery from a brain hemorrhage just a month ago.
"I don't know if it hadn't happened, what it would have been," she adds, referring to the final result of the Donald Trump series. "But I know if I were Donald, it would definitely be Bret. I mean, the stamina and the courage is beyond anything – beyond anything!"
Whatever happens, Rivers says, "Everybody wins. It's a show where everybody wins, and if you don't get that, you're stupid. Your charity gets money, you get air time."
"Even if I hadn't won, it wouldn't have killed me, but it sure was great winning, who am I kidding?" she goes on. "I never won at sports. I was never the smartest in the class. It was nice to win."
Rivers is enjoying a renaissance right now, and her association with good buddy Trump isn't hurting. Not only is she a 'Celebrity Apprentice' champ, she was front and center chatting up contestants and making comments on his 'Miss USA' pageant, and she had Trump among the subjects seen on the current season of her fun TV Land show, 'How'd You Get So Rich?'
On top of that, the fearless documentary 'Joan Rivers: A Piece of Work' is due out June 11 in limited release, and Joan is now looking forward to the start of filming for her next reality show, 'Mother Knows Best?' She'll be moving in with daughter Melissa, her children and Melissa's boyfriend in LA, and the cameras will follow them around beginning in July for a debut in December. Mother and daughter living together -- how is that going to work? "We're going to really find out if it works on the show," she says.
How does Melissa's man feel about it? "He's not happy about it, I don't think. I sure wouldn't be. I wouldn't want Joan Rivers moving into my guest room, no, no, no."
"But he's darling and we'll see what happens."

Joan is right about who will win But not for the reason that she thinks. He will not win beause Trump won't fire him because he nearly died, kind of like a pity win. Bret would not want that at all. Bret will win because he is the best. He is a real fighter, a great person, and he deserves to win.

Look "The Donald" doesn't feel sorry for anyone, this is business and he picks the BEST person for the job. Brett Michaels is the best and thats the bottom line. Bretts a fighter and knows how to get things done. Holly is just a nasty, backstabbing loser and the way she treated my girl Cindi Lauper just for that she should lose. I'm just sayin.
