Report: Lindsay Lohan Won't Be Arrested When She Returns to U.S.

Lindsay Lohan is no longer a wanted woman.

Earlier today, Lohan missed a mandatory DUI progress report hearing and the judge issued a bench warrant for her arrest. Bail was set at $100,000.

Now, TMZ is reporting that Lohan's people have already posted the standard 10% of bail ($10,000) needed to secure the bond and in turn, the judge revoked the warrant. She'll no longer be arrested at U.S. Customs.

TMZ is also reporting that Lohan and her attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, are expected to be in court on Monday morning at 8:30AM. At this time, a date will be set for a probation violation hearing. Judge Marsha Revel stated at the progress report hearing this morning that there is probable cause to think Lohan has violated her probation.

Lohan is in Cannes promoting an upcoming movie and claims her passport was stolen. When Holley relayed that information in court this morning, Revel wasn't hearing it and issued a warrant for her arrest. Photos of Lohan partying this week, particularly last night, probably didn't help.

RadarOnline also reported today that Lohan never applied for a new passport, and TMZ discovered Lohan never reported her passport stolen to the French Police.

Monday AM in court. I wish I could be a fly on the wall. Since she is mandated to be in court, it should be interesting. I am sure the judge will give her reprimand. She will be fined for taking up court's time. This girl needs a harsh hand, even her father said she should go into rehab. She may not have hit bottom yet because she has plenty of money to buy her pleasures. I sure hope she "gets it" this time.

god forbid if it was me or someone else that did what lindsay we would be put in jail right away. again i say this, our justice system favors the rich while we other folks would be in so much trouble. i say this as well, damn damn damn on our justice system.

For goodness sake. Do you think the judge created this situation for just Lindsay Lohan? You need to do a little investigating of the court system to learn a little bit about what you are running your mouth about. There is no special way for rich or poor. Each gets the same treatment. The difference is that when Lohan does something people think it is news. When the same thing happens to Barbie Nobody it is never reported. How is that for fair play?
