Listen: Liza Minnelli Performs 'Single Ladies' for 'Sex and the City 2'

Are you ready for this? As previously reported, Liza Minnelli will be appearing in 'Sex And The City 2,' and (spoiler alert!) she'll officiate Stanford Blatch's wedding before busting into Beyonce's 'Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It).'

The track leaked this morning, so we're giving you the pleasure of a first listen. We're pretty sure you've never heard 'Single Ladies' like this before. Don't say we didn't warn you! Listen to the 'SATC2' track. >>

The 64-year-old screen legend says filming the scene was "a blast" (via Contact Music). "It's a wonderful number ... It's rock and roll. Everything is moving! And I just got a whole new knee, so I can promise you everything is moving."

Other stars who'll be popping up in the 'Sex' sequel include Penelope Cruz and Miley Cyrus. 'Sex and the City 2' will hit theaters on May 27.

Thanks David, I thought I was going to be the only dissenter here. I thought it was a terrible choice for her. Not only is it definitely a younger woman's song, it seemed to me that her voice wasn't very strong, fading out at the end of lines. But, to each his own (I know I can't stop watching the football players' version of it from Glee on YouTube!).

She has remade plenty of today and yesterdays music. and she has her own talent from the stage and screen. When I was a little girl,I saw Liza at an old place in New Jersey called the Latin Casino. Her luggage got lost and so she performed barefoot and in very plain street clothes-she was fabulous.Still get chills when I think of her rendition of New York,New York.
