Kate Gosselin a 'Nightmare' at 'DWTS' Finale

Kate Gosselin made lots of people watch 'Dancing With the Stars' before she was kicked off after five weeks, but one thing she didn't make was friends. According to my sources, Kate's return to the show's season finale last night only reminded everyone of how high-maintenance she was during her time on the show. Inside scoop on Kate's disastrous return ... after the jump!

Seconds before Kate Gosselin was to hit the floor live on the 'Dancing With The Stars' finale, the octomom was once again causing trouble backstage at the ballroom.

"We had all just about forgotten what a nightmare Kate was," an insider tells me.

"She is the only celebrity in the entire 10 seasons who has demanded a security guard be with her at all times, and nothing anyone does is good enough. Last night, she actually wanted the temperature of the ballroom changed before she hit the floor. Kate hates to sweat and this was just another opportunity for her to be difficult."

However, it wasn't just the producers that Kate tortured. Sources tells me the hair and makeup staff dread her interfering, and the costume designers and dressers flip a coin to see who is going to have to deal with her. But the person who really deserves a prize is her partner, Tony, who is telling people that the notoriously difficult Barbra Streisand would be easier to work with than Kate.

Sarah Ferguson Wants to Do 'Dancing' for Spare Cash

My friend, The Duchess of York, has a plan to help her make a living, and it involves putting on her dancing shoes and joining the next season of 'Dancing With The Stars.'

"Sarah needs to earn money and it's not as easy as you might think for a Duchess to get a job," a friend of Fergie tells me.

After Naughty But Nice reported how much money Kate Gosselin made from her stint on the show, Sarah decided that this would be a good fit for her. She loves dancing, needs the money and also thinks the show would be a great place to start rehabilitating her image.

No word yet about what the producers think, but I say give Sarah a chance. She certainly couldn't be worse than Jeff Ross or Jerry Springer.

Well Kate had to also promote her two new shows Kate plus 8 and the other one whatever it is. If we are lucky the two shows will be CANCELLED due to lack of viewership.........one could only hope and then she will have to get a real job. Amazing, how she thinks she is a star!!

Someone needs to put kate in her place. No one can have everything he/she wants. Kate's parents need to file for visitation rights. Kate has no right to keep her parents away from their grandkids. They have rgihts to.

I don't buy this whole Kate thing. These "insiders" just tell people what they want to hear. Kate was laughing and having fun because she knew no matter what people would judge her. If we must talk about someone last night, let's talk about that terrible Buzz Aldrin dance.

Didn't Marie Osmond have about 8 children when she was on the show, and she was delightful. Kate acting the way she does, and having alot of children is no excuse for her diva behavior.

I didn't even watch the finale because "her highness" was on. I think if the media would stop giving her so much attention, maybe she would disappear like Jon did. She's a nurse, she can find a job. I did when I was a single Mom. A security guard indeed!!! I hope her new show fails....

Maybe someone can explain to me why Mario Lopez and Billy Bush have such a hard on for Kate.. They gushed about her all season until she got kicked off. Working so hard to portray her as a "sweetheart." Maybe she was to them but clearly not to anyone who worked "beneath" her. At least with Barbara Striesand they all worked beneath her..lol

partner was just pulling her around the dance floor....I was glad when her dance was over....

It was a great season of DWTS... could of left kate at home....

Kate treated Jon like crap on the show and that really pissed me off that she humiliated him on tv. Now, she just doesn't get it,
not many people like her. She refuses to hear anything but what
she says, she has no regard for people's feelings and Kate, you
really aren't all that. Your are fake all around, and I don't
care to watch you on tv anymore.

Kate a nightmare? Kate was no different than she was during the season. What was most upsetting, was that Vienna danced! What on earth was she doing there dancing? Jake and Vienna need to move on with their lives and get off of TV all together! I thought it was incredibly rude to all the other dancers this season who have put in a lot of their own personal time and practiced time and time again. Shame on ABC for putting Vienna on last night.....Vienna was the nightmare, not Kate!
