Do blondes have more fun? Apparently, Lindsay Lohan thinks so. After more than nine hours at the Andy Lecompte Salon, the 'Mean Girls' actress emerged with luscious blonde locks for a bright summer style, abandoning the slicked-back brunette 'do she'd been sporting. On Monday, Lohan finally arrived in court to face Judge Marsha Revel, who told the actress that in order to stay free on bail, she had to wear an alcohol-monitoring SCRAM device and submit to random drug testing.

The actress is also required to attend all scheduled alcohol education classes and is not allowed to leave Los Angeles.

Last week, Lohan was a no-show at her mandatory DUI progress report hearing because she was stuck in Cannes, France, claiming someone had stolen her passport. Judge Revel issued a warrant for Lohan's arrest, but the 23-year-old actress avoided arrest by posting $100,000 bail.

She is due in court July 6 for a hearing to determine whether she violated the terms of her probation. This all stems from a June 2007 arrest in which Lohan was pulled over and taken into custody for suspicion of drunk driving and cocaine possession.

She's a "D" lister who thinks of herself as an "A" lister. She's only 23 years old. If she doesn't dramatically change her ways all she's ever gonna' be is a wannabe.

I can't believe all you people, you're sick. Lindsay is just a 23 year old that has had to act like a grown up since she was just a little kid. She has supported her whole damn family since she started acting and they just keep taking and taking. I think her F'ing so called Dad should butt out of her affairs, trying to take control of her and her money, I wish her mother would stand up for her more, publicly. By the way what were you people doing at the ages of 18 to 23? I think she is a great actor and a very beautiful young lady. You guys are up in the air because she had a girlfriend instead of a boyfriend, and you women are up in the air because you are jealous of her good looks and her talent. Keep your head up Lindsay, you haven't done anything these self righteous idiots haven't done. Love ya Girl.

She can color her hair all she wants, doesn't change the fact that she's in her 20's and she looks like she's in her 40's. What a train wreck. The girl had it made and she has screwed up her life and her career. I predict she'll never work again and she'll be a bag lady by the time she's 30.

I read this article. Flipped through some of the pix of her.
Then I asked my self, "Am I better for it?" NO!
On the page however is a darling pic of Hugh Jackson and his daughter pogo sticking down a sidewalk. Now that made me smile and feel good.
