From Peter Fonda to Marlee Matlin, stars around the Internet are paying tribute to the late Dennis Hopper, who died yesterday after a lengthy battle with prostate cancer.

Earlier this morning, EW.com obtained statements from three of Hopper's co-stars -- Peter Fonda, Gene Hackman and Isabella Rossellini.

"Dennis introduced me to the world of Pop Art and 'lost' films. We rode the highways of America and changed the way movies were made in Hollywood. I was blessed by his passion and friendship," said Peter Fonda, with whom Hopper co-wrote the 1969 classic 'Easy Rider.'

"As an actor, one is always taken by someone who is different. An iconoclast, Dennis was an artist and I will always treasure having worked with him. He will be missed," said 'Hoosiers' co-star Gene Hackman.
