Gary Coleman 911 Call Details Released, Wife Afraid to Help

After Gary Coleman suffered a fall on May 26, that led to his death on the 28th, his wife, Shannon Price, called 911, and was reluctant to come to the aid of her husband,
TMZ reports.
"He just got home, I heard this big bang, I went downstairs. Blood everywhere. I don't know if he's okay. I'm not down there right now because I have a fever, if I get stressed out I'm going to faint," she told the operator.
"He fell. His head is bloody. There's blood all over the floor. I don't know what happened," Price continued.
"Is there any way you can go down there at all?" the operator asked. "I'll try, I don't know, I mean..." she said.
"I've just been kind of sick. I don't want to be traumatized right now," the 24-year-old added.
She then called out to Coleman. "Gary, are you okay? ... Stay where you are."
With instructions from the 911 operator, Price told Gary to apply pressure. "Gary, you have to put pressure on your wound."
"He's lethargic, I can't really help him. I just need help quick," she went on. "I just can't be here with the blood. I'm sorry, I can't do it. I can't. ... There's blood all over and I can't do anything."
"Yeah, I'm just panicked. I don't know what to do ... I just don't want him to die. I'm freaking out," Shannon cried on the phone when told to give the 'Diff'rent Strokes' star a towel.
She finally acquiesces. "You have to put this on your head ... Keep pressure on this, okay, hold this. You need to sit down. Sit down! Gary, sit down!"
Right before the ambulance arrived, Price said, "I'm gagging, I got blood on myself, I can't deal."
Coleman was taken off life support two days later. Doctors determined he suffered from a brain hemorrhage.

Now that is just weird. I can understand being afraid, but she could have saved his life! Perhaps she was reluctant to help hoping he would die? Poor Gary... RIP

Maybe she pushed him and she was feeling a bit guilty.
they have been divorced for almost 2 yrs it was just reported. This is getting weird with the 911 call and the fact that she pulled him from life support when she didn't have the legal authority to do it. IDK if his family is still alive, but where were they when he was dying if they are, why did his "ex" make the decision?
She sounds like a real nutcase!! There's something not right about this whole thing and she took him off life support way too fast~~ I think she was glad to see him go... I hope it haunts her for the rest of her life!!
YEP, SHE DID IT, SHE PUSHED HIM DOWN THE STAIRS, THEY WERE ARGUING, I CAN SEE IT. AND SHE MIGHT JUST GET AWAY WITH IT TOO, BECAUSE THERE ARE NO WITNESS, FALLING DOWN STAIRS IS THE OLDEST TRICK IN THE BOOK. NO BODY JUST FALLS THE SOME STAIRS ESPECIALLY WITH AN X STANDING RIGHT THERE. HOW STUPID IS SHE ANYWAY? SEEMS TO ME THAT SHE'S BEEN WATCHING TOO MANY LATE NIGHT MOVIES, OR A THOUSAND WAYS TO DIE.
uh, putting pressure on a scalp wound would not have prevented a brain hemorrhage
Hmmm, how do you think he got down those stairs??? a little push will do ya
You guys are FREAKING idiots. Haven't you ever heard of someone having a fear of blood? That's a real fear - even if your husband is on the floor dying, if there is blood - you can't go near it.
ALSO - Whoever wrote this STUPID article says that the wife said "I have a fever, if I get stressed out I'm going to faint". You MORON - didn't you listen to the call before you wrote this article? Did you bother to go see what other people were reporting first?
What she ACTUALLY said was "I have SEIZURES, if I get stressed out I'm going to SEIZE".
That means that on top of her obvious FEAR of blood - she also has a medical condition that causes her to have FREAKING SEIZURES when she gets upset.
I hate you all.
to sara - "I hate you all" - too funny. I love you.
She sounds kind of helpless and hopeless. What a loser. He probably could have been saved except for this ninny.

Did you happen to see her and Gary on Divorce Court, on TV? She was such a ding dong, not a place to hang out your laundry, but they sure did. I'm just sayin....
I've done more to help total strangers than this girl did to help her husband. Very sad. I hope he didn't put her in his will.

to bad he didnt have a Penny to die on. He was poor and worked as a security guard to make a living
what will?!! you thit he was broke, had been for a long time, hell he worked as a security guard, do you really think he had money? she sad it was making her sick, i believe her lots of people are like that! scratches and scrapes are one thing pools of blood are quite different, a year and a half in vietnam showed me that! i've seen it buckle strong mens knees more that one time. give her a break, you don't know what the situation was. by the way, you disgust me!
Shut up, Ricardo, you don't know what the situation was either. Idiot.
Have the police checked HER out?

The DA should conduct a through investigation and forensic autopsy, she says he fell, how and why? This stupid piece of trash was too quick to pull the life support. At the very least Involuntary Manslaughter if not Homicide!
Yes,she was checked out very closely because she was the only person around at the time he got hurt. There is no way she could have caused his Brain Hemmorage.I know this for a fact. Sorry she may act like a nut case but she's pretty smart. He didn't have any money for her to get so that's out of the question.
ricardo,
He may not have had any money in the bank and been "broke" as you say but did you ever think that possibly he had life insurance?
Liz sez: "Sorry she may act like a nut case but she's pretty smart. He didn't have any money for her to get so that's out of the question."
She's pretty smart...and...he didn't have any money.
Yeahhhhhhh...
