Gary Coleman 911 Call Details Released, Wife Afraid to Help

After Gary Coleman suffered a fall on May 26, that led to his death on the 28th, his wife, Shannon Price, called 911, and was reluctant to come to the aid of her husband,
TMZ reports.
"He just got home, I heard this big bang, I went downstairs. Blood everywhere. I don't know if he's okay. I'm not down there right now because I have a fever, if I get stressed out I'm going to faint," she told the operator.
"He fell. His head is bloody. There's blood all over the floor. I don't know what happened," Price continued.
"Is there any way you can go down there at all?" the operator asked. "I'll try, I don't know, I mean..." she said.
"I've just been kind of sick. I don't want to be traumatized right now," the 24-year-old added.
She then called out to Coleman. "Gary, are you okay? ... Stay where you are."
With instructions from the 911 operator, Price told Gary to apply pressure. "Gary, you have to put pressure on your wound."
"He's lethargic, I can't really help him. I just need help quick," she went on. "I just can't be here with the blood. I'm sorry, I can't do it. I can't. ... There's blood all over and I can't do anything."
"Yeah, I'm just panicked. I don't know what to do ... I just don't want him to die. I'm freaking out," Shannon cried on the phone when told to give the 'Diff'rent Strokes' star a towel.
She finally acquiesces. "You have to put this on your head ... Keep pressure on this, okay, hold this. You need to sit down. Sit down! Gary, sit down!"
Right before the ambulance arrived, Price said, "I'm gagging, I got blood on myself, I can't deal."
Coleman was taken off life support two days later. Doctors determined he suffered from a brain hemorrhage.

I agree that she should have done more to help her husband, no matter how much blood there was. But the fatal damage was inside his head, so the end result would have been the same. A sad end to a tough life for him. RIP

B.u.ll.s.h.it!
She probably threw him down the stairs. She obviously didn't love him. First she says he was making her something downstairs. And then she says she just got home and he was downstairs all bloody. Plus she didn't want to help him and she didn't sound upset at all. This poor guy had no one to look out for him whatsoever. I can't believe she isn't a suspect. She is cold as ice.

That person is lying;she did call 911 because she didnot want to be blame.but i belive she had something to do with what happen.
BTW She looks like the diva on the "Fifth Element" I just dont trust anyone that refuses to help a person in time of need. She should be prosecuted for either her looks, being married to G.C.(true love I am sure)or just a plain sh** of a person.

Imagine the outrage if this was a man that did'nt help out his wife. He would automatically be a suspect of something and they would probably find some reason to prosecute. Something like neglegent behavior.
I think she looks like Molly Ringwald with mental retardation not Milla Jovovich, who is actually attractive.
the b.... send him down the stairs what a loser it looks like it aint over wait til the parents see that

With the way she treated her dying husband I am sure she yanked that cord like she was starting a lawnmower!

LMAO @ like she was starting a lawnmower!! Thank you... I needed that laugh!!
sounds like she had some overwhelming fear of blood, can't fault her for that. If a boa constrictor was squeezing the life out of someone... well, with my fear of snakes... I guess they'd be luck only if someone else came along to help them. that's the way it is with phobias/overwhelming fears. Too bad his injury was so bloody, otherwise she would have probably been right there to help him.

doesn't matter what your fear is If someone you love Is hurt adreniline kicks In and you go to their aid regardless! this one had a fever& doesn't like the sight of blood! sounds like she didn't love her husband to me
If it was someone you loved, you fast forget your fear...I guess if a boa had your child, sorry cannot help you..I'll have another...
Don't buy her story at all!!
I was surprised when I read that they had already pulled the plug on his life support. After reading this... I am not so surprised. RIP Gary.

She hit him over the head while he was already down after falling or she is the cause of him falling after she hit him in the head. Has she been questioned? She says she has blood all over her; how did that happened when she only tried to give him a towel? It was on her because she got splattered with it after SHE CRACKED HIM OVER THE HEAD!!!

That is why she pulled the plug on him. She does'nt want to risk him waking up and telling everyone what she did.
i dont believe any of her story. i didnt know she was the only one at the time that could pull him off life support
I agree with you...Ponderingpeacemaker>>>> How in the hell she get blood all over herself if she is afraid of blood and only him a towel..uhhhhh...sounds fishy to me!!!
WHAT YOOU TALKIN BOUT WILLIS ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
