Kate Wants Jon to Start Making Some Loot

We already broke the news that Kate Gosselin earned a whopping payday for her stint on 'Dancing With the Stars,' but now the octomom wants some help financially. Apparently, Kate wants her ex, Jon, to kick in some dough for their eight kids -- despite the fact that she has a new reality show and money coming in from it.

Kate Tells Jon to Get a Job

Sources tell me Kate Gosselin doesn't want to be the main source of income for those eight famous children -- and she wants ex-husband Jon to start bringing home the bacon.

"Kate is working her fingers to the bone to support her large family and wishes Jon would do the same," a friend of Kate's tells me. Kate made a fortune on 'Dancing With The Stars' and has a new show coming out on TLC, 'Kate Plus 8,' which premieres this week.

Meanwhile, Jon has had some on-and-off work since he and Kate split a year ago.

"After the split, Jon thought he would become a bigger star without Kate. He hooked up with Michael Lohan to develop a new reality show, 'First Dads Club,' but that didn't work out," an insider told me. "Then Jon thought he would become the next high-end designer when he hooked up with Ed Hardy designer Christian Audigier, but that fell apart too."

Now, sources tell me Kate has had enough. She doesn't care what Jon does ... she just wants him to get a job. That's a lot of mouths to feed!

Robert Pattinson Scared He Will Always Be Edward Cullen

With the release of the new 'Twilight: Eclipse' only weeks away, it seems everyone can't wait to see handsome Robert Pattinson once again become Edward Cullen. That is, everyone except Robert himself.

"Robert is frightened to death that for the rest of his career he will be known as Edward Cullen. No matter what other roles he plays, he will never be able to shake off Edward's fangs and it terrifies him," a friend of Robert's told me.

"Of course, Rob loves the money that the role has made him, but he is only 24. To think your career has already peaked before you hit 25 is not a good thing."

See the trouble you can get into if you hang out with the wrong crowd! We're sure Rob, Daniel Radcliffe and all of the other 'Twilight' and 'Harry Potter' stars will do just fine. Even if their careers have indeed peaked, at least they can buy an island and enjoy life to the fullest!

Forget Donny and Marie. Tell Cher to hang up her sequins. Inform Elton that he has reached the end of the yellow brick road. Why? Because Barry Manilow has just been voted "Best Strip Headliner" by Las Vegas Weekly. No, he doesn't take off his clothes -- the Vegas Strip, people!

For those who have never seen Manilow live, you are missing one of the greats. Trendy Rolling Stone magazine put it best when they called Barry, "The showman of our generation."

Here's an idea...take out a huge insurance policy on that c*nt then have her murdered. That should get the kids to adulthood and we wouldn't have to see that nasty swamp donkey anymore.

WHEN I DEVORCED MY HUSBAND WE BOTH HAD TO SUMMIT FINANCIAL REPORTS.MY ATTORNEY TOLD ME THAT IN SPITE OF THE FACT I HAVE CUSTODY,I MIGHT HAVE TO PAY HIM ALIMONY.I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THIS JON AND KATE THING. JON OUGHT TO GO BACK TO COURT AND TELL THEM HE IS UNEMPLOYED AND KATE IS WORKING.THE SUPPORT PAYMENTS WILL DECREASE AND HE MAY END UP GETTING ALIMONY. I STRONGLY FEEL HE SHOULD GET A JOB AND CONTRIBUTE FOR HIS CHILDREN BUT LETS GET REAL 21,000.00 A MONTH.

Knowing people who have known or known of Jon since he was a kid, I don't think he will be lookig for work anytime soon. I understand he is LAZY, GOOD FOR NOTHING guy. I don't blame Kate for doing whatever she has to do to provide for her children. Too bad he doesn't feel the same, and too bad even more is that the courts don't MAKE HIS BUTT GET A JOB. A real job. I don't care what it is. He had a good thing going when they were together and he BLEW IT.

You all must have pretty pitiful lives if you give a crap about this woman OR her ex-husband. Instead of living vicariously through other people, why don't you fill your life with YOUR family and friends and activities? My advice is that if you want entertainment or just to escape from the vicissitudes of daily life, rely upon professionals rather than the amatuers pushed upon you by the money grubbing programming managers at the networks.

I don't really consider whoring yourself and your children out as "working her fingers to the bone". She made plenty of money off the first show, appearances, the book(s) and DWTS. It's not like they are poor. They could very easily live off that money and she could go back to work as a nurse. I believe that was her profession prior to getting a reality TV show and the medical field always seems to be short of nurses. Of course, that would mean she would be out of the public eye and she can't have that!

I am sooooooo sickj of hearing how "hard" Kate works! We should all be so blessed! EVERYtime she is on the tube, she repeates over and over, "I'm just there with my kids. I'm just at home with my kids", but she's NEVER home with tyhem! Never! From book tours, to spas in NYC, co-hosting "The View", DWTS (what an embaressment!), she's always off somewhere TALKING about being home with her kids, but never is! Jon is home with them more, MUCH more than she is! Shut up, Kate!
