Ex-'Hills' Star Jason Wahler Arrested (Again)

Jason Wahler used to be known for his on-again, off-again romance with Lauren Conrad that was documented for the world to see on the dangerously addictive MTV reality show 'The Hills.' Nowadays though, you're much more likely to see Wahler in a mug shot than you are a glamour shot. TMZ is reporting the trouble-dependent Wahler found himself in handcuffs once again this weekend after a woman claimed he hit her during an argument.

According to the TMZ report, Wahler was booked for misdemeanor battery in relation to the incident, in which a woman -- who is not the girlfriend of Wahler -- claims he struck her at a Hollywood party.

In October of 2009, Wahler was forced to serve a jail sentence after being booked on assault and minor drinking charges stemming from an August incident. That was the reality star's second time behind bars, having already served a sentence in 2007 for getting into a fight in a Seattle hotel.

In 2008 a judge forced Wahler into rehab after he punched a truck driver and he's also been arrested on two other occasions.

I don't understand why the police keep arresting celebrities. They waste a lot of time and money for nothing. They will always get off cause of the two systems in the country. One for the rich, the other for average joe.

Every time I hear about a man hittng a woman, it makes me mad.
It shows this man was not taught the difference between the sexes. It makes me wonder if this guy has a mother, or sister.
Most'' men who grew up with a sister in the home, will not hit a woman. Because they were taught the difference in strenth of a man, and the lack of strenth in a woman.
Any man who was raised with a mother, or sister, and choices to hit a woman is a coward. They know better, but cant control their little bodies. Usually alchohol is involved, or drugs. Either way,, their still nothing more than a little coward, who would run if it were another man to fight. Theres cowards will only hit a woman, never a man.
