Lady Gaga Takes In a Mets Game, Salutes Fans

Lady Gaga showed up at the New York Mets game on Thursday, wearing just a leather jacket over a bikini. Not surprisingly, her random appearance at Citi Field drew the attention of fans, photographers and one confused bat boy, who all flocked to her premium seats near home plate. One quick-fingered Mets fan, Jimmie Kassab, snapped a doozy of a photo and posted it to Twitter >>

Lady Gaga gives the finger

After getting into a pointing match with a pair of imposing looking gents, Gaga, wearing sunglasses and a headband, retreated to a luxury box. The 'Bad Romance' diva and her entourage then grabbed some beers and proceeded to give booing fans the bird, right.

Gaga, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, grew up in Manhattan, making it tough to decipher which New York City team she roots for. However, she did make several references to the Yankees during their World Series-winning season last year.

That said, exactly what she was doing at a Mets-Padres game in the middle of an overcast Thursday remains to be seen.

(Her appearance didn't help, by the way. The Amazins lost 4-2.)

Her name should be "Lady Gag me with a fu**king fork"!! She is a typical New Yorker.I have lost a lot of respect for the New Yorkers of the past. How far do you think the Muslims would have gotten with building a Mosque on the 9/11 site back when the Mafia was running New York? Bill, Lady Gaga is a carbon copy of Madonna from the 1980s. Same catchy, top 40 style songs, same wild costumes, same type of choreographed song-and-dance numbers with dozens of extras. Lady Gaga is not doing anything new. It's the same song, second verse. As a friend of mine says, "Honey, it's all been said already. It's all been done. Nothing is new."

yep I feel the same way, a ball game is a family affair there no reason why she had to go there and be a sleaze bucket. Ya know what? The woman actually has talent. She doesn't need to go on american idol and sing cover songs. She writes her own stuff even though she sounds like Madonna a lot, she creates looks and events when she performs. There are very few singers who work that hard. We have all these generic Las Vegas acts with back up dancers and all that boring stuff. She works harder than anyone I've seen in a long time. You think she's ugly. Let's see what you look like.
