Former 'Dancing With the Stars' Champ Shawn Johnson's Stalker Found Guilty

A man accused of stalking 'Dancing With the Stars' winner and Olympic gold medalist Shawn Johnson is guilty, Usmagazine.com reports.

A judge found Robert O'Ryan guilty of felony stalking and burglary, along with two misdemeanor concealed weapons charges. He also ruled that O'Ryan was legally insane at the time of his arrest.

Police arrested O'Ryan when he jumped the fence at the CBS Studios in Los Angeles while Johnson was filming 'Dancing.' They later found two loaded guns in his car, as well as love letters to the gymnast.

A court-ordered evaluation will determine where O'Ryan serves his sentence, which could be in a state-mental hospital.

Stalkers need to dealth with harshly and in a quicker manner. Good for Shawn's sake. Also please take that picture of Lohan down, she is so disgusting and doesn't need to be on here. As soon as I see her picture, I click off the article. She is a has been and needs to be gone for good.

The only "stalker" who made good was Joe Louis. Seriously, it draws a lot a laughs when Rose stalks Charlie on "Two and a half Men," but it's not so funny in real life. On the other hand, celebrities, particularly female ones, kind of ask for things like being stalked. Unfortunately, it goes with the territory...though it can't be condoned. Still, I wonder if Johnson or any other female big-shots would press charges if the stalker appealed to them. Just a thought.

Stalkers are not rational people. Their intent is to maim or kill if their 'stalk-ee' doesn't want anything to do with them, which is usually the case. People who inflict themselves on others have serious mental issues and need to be out of society. There is not one story about a stalker that ever ended on a good note, except when they are caught and put behind bars. The ones who aren't caught usually go on to kill someone. Stalkers are not appealing to anyone.

If anyone wants to see a "stalker" who gets his prey, watch old films of Joe Louis in action. When Joe got his man in trouble, they didn't get away. And the long arm of the law couldn't help them.

Go to YouTube and look at the tapes of Shawn Johnson during the Olympics when she won the all-round Gold. She was an athletic little minx. Then look at her on Dancing with the Stars. Wow, she went from hottie to piglet. No kidding, she's now thick-as-a-brick and looking OLD for an 18-year old!!!
