Who Is Anna Gray? Friend Explains Gary Coleman Tie

Gary Coleman's 2005 will, which is decidedly more official-looking than a partially handwritten 2007 version, leaves everything to one Anna Gray. Just when we had a handle on the identity of Shannon Price, Coleman's live-in ex-wife who stands to inherit his estate if the
2007 will is honored, we've got a new question: Who the heck is Anna Gray?
"Gary and Anna were friends," Kent Emmons, the secondary executor of Coleman's estate, tells
RadarOnline.com. "They lived together for a long time, Anna really took care of Gary. Anna loved Gary. She was almost like the mother hen to Gary."
Entertainment Tonight has footage of the two at the 2003 Emmy Awards. "This young lady with me is Anna Gray. She is the CEO of my corporation," Coleman says in the clip.
According to Coleman's agent, Robert Malcolm, the actor met Gray in 1997 and, after becoming friends, the two began living together in his Los Angeles home, where they remained friends and had separate bedrooms. Soon after, Coleman named Gray as CEO of his corporation. They lived together until 2005, when Coleman met Shannon Price, whom he wed in 2007.
"When Shannon moved in, the relationship got difficult because Shannon didn't like the fact that there was somebody else in his life," Malcolm tells ET. "And, of course, he sided with [Shannon], and Anna was asked to leave."
Emmons tells Radar that Gray is "distraught" over Coleman's death and still grieving more than concerning herself with business.
Coleman's lawyer, Randy Kester, says the legal drama is not so much based on what Gary left behind but what is yet to come. "Everyone's fighting over what might happen in the future," Kester says, adding that if a book or movie deal arises, "you're really fighting over millions." Also involved in the fray? Coleman's estranged
parents and his ex-manager, Dion Mial.
Emmons says Coleman and Gray were "wonderful to each other" and that Anna is not a money-driven person. "Whatever the will says, we will honor it," Emmons says.

Gary actually looks really happy in that picture with her.Its really sad that he never looked that way with his ex.I still can believe that she refused to help him as he laid there bleeding and selling his deathbed pictures for profit.Gary deserved better in his last days.

I was thinking the exact thing. He looks great in the picture with Anna.
Hope she gets it all.
I, too, noticed right away how happy Gary Coleman looks in this picture with Anna Gray and she looks happy as well. In fact her eyes and smile look quite sincere. Unlike those of that ex-wife of his. I suppose I should say I hope she gets the money but most important, I am glad he had even just this one person who truly cared about Gary Coleman as a human being. For a while there it didn't seem like any of the people interviewed on tv ( including ALL of them ) really cared!
you know kim you might be on to something here...he looks more happy and at peace with the woman in photo than he looked with his witch of an ex-wife...the woman in this photo looks like a good soul...i hope she gets the rights to his will some how...

Wow, people... Just ignore "Dawg". If we don't feed trolls, they starve. No need to start a flame war with someone who can't read, as it's not fair.
His so called witch of a wife, ( as you put it.) was only a kid when she married him. ( 17 year difference in age. )
Why is everyone hating on her.

Please do not speak ill of the dead. You don't know his life so buzz off.
You're an illiterate douche. I'm sure your life is a friggin' Hallmark Movie, right? Go back to playing your banjo and picking your tooth, Deliverance Boy!
To Dawg....It's not (stold)...It's stole.
AMEN...Very Bitter Says The Real HEIRESS(-:
If you can't say anything nice then say nothing at all. Guess you didn't pick up those manners someone tried to teach you as a child.
And dawg you do not say "I sure there is not much left his parents already stold most of the cash!!" You should say, "I'm sure not much is left, his parents probably took most of the money" or you could say "I am sure not much is left, it seems likely Gary's parents took all of the money" something like that.
f u you sorry bastige.....he was no loser (learn how to spell)......oh yeah, stay off my name
You are a bigger loser. You can't even spell it. You spelled it (LOOSER). Yes, you are the biggest loser.
