Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller Sign Divorce Docs

'Two and Half Men' star Charlie Sheen and wife Brooke Mueller signed divorce agreement papers today, TMZ reports. Rumors of an impeding divorce have been swirling since Sheen was arrested last Christmas Day in Aspen for alleged domestic abuse.

Per the 41-page agreement, Sheen and Mueller will share joint custody of their two children. Mueller will receive primary custody, and Sheen will get the kids the first, third and fifth weekends of the month.

Though Mueller waived spousal support, she will receive $55,000 a month in child support. And apparently, she doesn't want the amount she gets to be usurped by what Sheen is paying ex-wife Denise Richards. The agreement states, "Under no circumstances shall the child support paid by Charlie for Bob and Max be less than the child support paid by Charlie to Denise Richards for Sam and Lola."

Mueller will also get 50% of the money they earned for the baby photos they sold to Getty Images and a lump sum payment of $757,689. Sheen gets to keep the house but has to buy out Mueller's share for an estimated $1 million.

Per the agreement, Mueller agrees, "not to disclose to any media sources personal information relating to Charlie's sexual affairs or alleged drug usage." Sheen also agrees not to discuss Mueller's alleged drug use.

Finally, they both agreed not to insult the other in front of the children.

Though the divorce settlement agreement was signed, it hasn't been filed in court. No word on when, or if, they'll actually file.

Well the drug addict/alcoholic/gold digger got what she wanted. That is a pretty nice settlement for being married such a short period of time. I seriously doubt she waived spousal support. I don't think they were married long enough for her to even qualify for it. Someone please tell me what child needs 55K a month in support? This is a perfect example of how twisted Hollywood is!

Charlies lawyer told him back a month ago, that he and his lovley wife need to prepare for in case they decide to divorce.
So this is for just in case, their not getting any divorce yet.
They need to, they will sooner or later. Either one of them is as sorry as it can possibly get. I dont know which one is worse than the other. My opinion is they both deserve each other.
Its the children that always end up paying fot these kinds of 'parents'.
Any parent whos drinking, or drunk Christmas morning, is no good to the bone.

He should not get married... why does he keep doing it? And I wouldnt want my kids around a sick man like him. He abused both woman, so he doesnt deserve to see his kids. I still find it hysterical that everyone hated Denise Richard and called her all these names, and now we find out that she wasn't the psycho that it was Charlie and Brooke that were crazy people. I also find it interesting that most of the pictures of Denise are of her and her kids and the ones of Brooke are of her wasted.
