Seriously, how many parents ask their kids on a regular basis "Are you wearing underwear today"? As much as we'd like to, we can't always be aware of everything that goes on in a teens life. It's not the parents fault. Teenagers have a mind of their own and can be sneaky at times.

"Where are the parents?" I don't know about you, but when I was 17 my parents didn't ask me if I put on underwear before I left the house. It was her choice and whatever her reasons for doing it were, I seriously doubt her parents knew about it. Stop blaming parents for every stupid thing kids do. That being said, I do think there needs to be some form of punishment for Perez Hilton. He may have thought it was all fun and games, but she is still a minor and she should have never been photographed in such a way.

What does posting a photo of someone's nether regions have to do with gay marriage? Absolutely nothing! And what I want to know is, if someone is legally old enough to engage in sexual activity (and even marry without parental permission in some cases) as I believe most 17 year old can do, how is this considered child pornography? I am not suggesting for a moment that child pornography is ever accepable, but this young adult conveys a sexual persona every night on stage. It seems to me more a violation of privacy or slander, it indeed these photo came from a closed set or were doctored.

The photo is not real. I saw over 12 official pics from this video shoot and Miley was wearing underwear or a bikini because I think some of the video is on the beach. This wasn't in the general public, Miley was making a music video for her new CD. You think they are going to film her video with her girly parts exposed?

Hate to break it to you Lucy but if Perez is boycotted, Cyrus will shop her little spoiled child publicity stunts to someone else. This is NOT his fault.
