Personally, I hope that the legal system throws the book @ Hilton. And from memory, no matter how many times you ask a teen something, they will still defy it. So let's take all the attention away from the parents and focus on the crime.

Hilton can easily get away with this since this girl Cyrus may be 17 years old but is actually living a life portrayed by older girls. Kissing in public, pole dancing, plus all that i have not heard or seen. Maybe the parents should be the ones taken to court for allowing this girl to live as she does. Money is cool but hypocrisy doesn't entail famous people to do as they please. From my point of view 16 or 17 year old girls with the lifestyle such as Miley should be considered adults. What hasn't she already done? If she can party with the rest of them she can take responsibility for her actions. It is not his fault that she flaunts it.

First: was Cyrus aware she was being photographed?
Second: Hilton should be prosecuted for publishing child porn.
Third: All minor children of the Cyrus' should be taken away and put in protective custody as it is clear that their parents are not good parents to allow their children to act like adults when they don't have the mental aptitude to know what is right or wrong for their ages.
Fourth: Anyone needing to see the photo is just as guilty as Hilton.
Fifth: The media needs to clean up their act as well, it is one thing for Hilton to post it but for the media to run with this smut is just as bad.

If Miley Cyrus would stop dressing like a HO, there wouldn't have been a picture to take. She's throwing it out there, and has been practically since she started in the business. The fact that her parents approve of her shameful behaviour is just disgusting. No wonder she's such a slag. Just trying to be Devil's Advocate here, Well Perez doesn't write most the website in the first place anymore, so maybe he had no idea that the pic went up there until it was too late. Although I guess it still doesn't matter though where the website is has his name plastered everywhere and he hasn't really admitted that other people help write too.
