There is no question that what Perez did was child pornography. If that was a photo of any non celeb 17 year old he would already be in jail. Not prosecuting him is sending a message to every perv with a cell phone that it is OK to abuse children. Just so long as they are famous.

She has been posing and acting like a teen hooker for a while now and if she is really runing around without underware and giving the phototogs shots of this then she should be charged with something too. FINALLY, he should get what he deserves and be held accountable for his actions. Bloggers like him want to be regarded as "journalists" but they are not held to the same ethical standards. He fabricates stories and injects personal opinion, which is construed by many of his readers as fact.
It was a great day when he got punched in the face by that guy defending Will.i.am. But for this, he needs to be held accountable in a court of law. He broke it. Period.

Im sorta confused on this. See, there are some people its Miley's fault and some saying its Perez's fault. However, Miley Cyrus is supposedly considered a child but think, she was 15 years old and dating a 20 year old? Wasnt that considered against the law and she had pictures of herself in her underwear on the internet, many of them mind you, so how is this any different?
Just because someone else poste it doesnt make it different. I personally dont like Perez but I dont like Miley either. She is a talentless piece of trash that needs to get a life just the same as Perez.
