To a roar of the crowd, Ridley began Etta James' 'At Last,' prompting a big smile from Howie Mendel.

I saw the woman sing on here a few months ago,, she was great!!!
She was in the subway, and singing her heart out for money.
She is good enough to be making her own cd, and I have a feeling she will be very soon.

I am so sick of all the nepitism that goes on in hollywood. I wish some people would stop shoving their family members down my throat. Just because your mother, father, sister, brother or aunt my have been talented, what makes you think I should want to see you too. Is another obese singer just what we need in America?!

I care not what anyone says about Alice tan Ridley, or whether she wins the contest or doesn't; I have always contended that she is the best singer in the world. Yes, I just said WORLD. Bar none! I wrote that sentient in article about her years ago, and I do hope that now the world will see what I and untold scores of New Yorkers and Big Apple tourists have been seeing for a long, long time.
