Gossip blogger Perez Hilton is under fire for posting a photo of 17-year-old Miley Cyrus possibly not wearing any underwear, which, according to lawyers, constitutes child pornography -- regardless of whether the photo is real or not.Hilton issued a semi-apology, which really blamed the media for making an issue out of nothing. But still, the controversy rages on.
Meanwhile, ABC has pulled ads from Hilton's website.
Joy Behar discussed the scandal with PopEater's Rob Shuter on her show, where Shuter explained that the photo was indeed faked.
"He made that up?" Behar asked. "He made it up," Shuter replied. They then talked about the implications it may have for Perez's career. Watch the Discussion

You know I almost believed the picture was real and if it was I feel blame should have been put on her parents as well as herself. Upon finding out the pic was a fake I am fully willing to admit I'm wrong. I will also say that although I was disgusted with Perez when I thought the picture was real, who could possible think it's ok to post a picture of a 17 y/o girl's private area on the internet? I am even more disgusted now that he would resort to this measure to stay social relevant in the media. She is still a child and that was a terrible thing to do. He's too old to be acting so immaturely.
I actually found a big picture of this that seems to match the set I was talking about below. Perez's pic on his twitter was small and if he altered it I think he just blurred the offending area a little. The pic I found you can see Miley has a wedgie up her girly parts. But don't blame Miley, she thought she was well protected, but when she stretched the undies just popped up and she knew it and covered herself as seen in the next photos. And it was a video shoot, so things were probably moving fast and furious.
I thought Perez or whoever gave him that photo did fake it. But usually the original picture that was altered can be found as the smoking gun. I've studied these pictures and apparently the one Perez got a hold of was an oops shot that was removed from the original batch. Miley was wearing underwear but they slipped up as she was getting out of the car. She knew it happened and you can see the worried look on her face and that she is pulling down on the dress part in the photos that came after.

Perez Hilton is a parasite and has trashed Miley Cyrus every single chance he can get. I wonder how it feels to be on the other side of the fence? Whatever he gets from this, is well deserved. I guess Perez isn't as high and mighty as he thinks he is. I will love watching him fall hard!!

I know, he's been so vicious to Miley and I can't believe when Miley tweeted that she forgave him and even posed for a pic with him at the Elton John party. After that he alternated between putting her down or praising her. But as bad as he is, the peeps on his site are even worse. They posted things about raping and hurting Miley and all kinds of mean ugly things and Perez never deleted any of this awful stuff. I can't believe he gets to go to big events like he is a star. Big media was embracing him!
I find it highly amusing that he wants to talk trash when it's on his terms, however when someone fights back or he's found to be in the wrong, (what he did was wrong, altered or not, and no matter how she acts or is portrayed she's still a minor in this particular situation), he wants it to just go away. I'm really curious what happened with the BlackEye Peas and that whole situation, has it gone to trial or was it settled?

Perez Hilton is the slime of the industry. I hope he gets nailed good for this. He is disgusting. How anyone with so little talent for anything other than making fun of people and disrespecting them gets attention is beyond me.

This guy is such a dirt bag, he should be charged with child-pornography charges oh and by the way his real name is,Mario Lavandeira Jr, he is a fake, a fraud, a liar, a proven liar, and a LARGE PIECE OF DOG S#IT! Perez needs to be in jail. I think anyoine who trys to see the photo is a pervert, and should be in jail with perez. It takes one sick, pathetic loser to look at such things. It takes one big unitelligent, 'weird' loser, to take a photo such as this.
Perez needs to go to jail. And why he has not been arrested by now, is a mystery to me. In Texas, he would have been there already. As far as im concered, perez is a danger to all young girls who wears a dress. He should be treated accordingly, by law, and by all people around him.
Miley seems to have no father, billy should do something about this. But it seems as if hes still proud of his daughters money making abilities, to do anything for her about this. I guess billy boy dont want to rock the boat, hes scared it might cost him something..

I am in no way a fan of Miley Cyrus and I think for all the fame and wealth her young fans have bestowed upon her she certainly should show her appreciation by setting a much better example. That being said, I hope that Perez-ite Hilton gets brought up on charges of dissemination of child pornography.

I certainlyhope that Perez Hilton gets punished for what he did. That aside, Miley Cyrus is not acting nor dressing like a 17 year old. She is not even dressing and behaving like a half decent 30 year old. She is now dressing like a lady of the evening and one cannot expect that the press is kind to her although I think that are.....I blame the parents 100 %!

Miley Cyrus is dating 20 something year old men at age 17, the last I checked this was considered statutory rape. That seems not to be a isuue to anyone. All you people care about is a picture of a coverd vagina. I am sure those 20 year old men she calls boyfriends have already seen her goods.
