Yep, Jesse James Is Moving to Texas

Jesse James is moving to Austin, Texas by the end of the month, his lawyer announced on Friday, PEOPLE reports. His ex, Sandra Bullock, has a house there as well.

His attorney John Schilling made the announcement after a court hearing in Orange Country, California for the ongoing custody dispute between James and his ex-wife Janine Lindemulder regarding their daughter Sunny.

"He intends to move at the end of the month, he's got a need to be there," Schilling told PEOPLE. When asked whether being closer to Bullock was a motivator to move, Schilling said, "I can't comment on that." He went on to say that the former reality TV star has business dealings in Austin; he owns a custom car business there called Austin Speed Shop.

James' ex-wife previously stated she would protest a move saying it would make it difficult to see her daughter, Sunny. However, when asked today about the impeding move, Lindemulder told PEOPLE, "I'm willing to relocate anywhere to be with my daughter no matter what it takes. Sunny's my heart, I'm not just going to let her go. I want Sunny to be around the people she loves, which includes Jesse, Sandra, her baby brother Louis and her other siblings."

Today's court hearing was to discuss halting Lindemulder's unmonitored visits due to suspected drug use. But after hearing from both sides, the judge decided to allow the visits to continue. The next hearing regarding the custody case is on July 12.

Me too- what's up with that? How many houses does a person really need? I love Sandra and I wish her only the best. Jesse is desperate to win her back. I hope she doesn't fall for it. Chances are if they did reconcile, he'd be good for a while and then go back to his old ways. But I really think he blew it for good.

Funny how agreeable Sunny's Mom is being now! I think she has her best interest at heart, not Sunny's. Maybe she is being paid by someone. She hated sandra beore and now she acts like they're all family. Very suspicious.

Sandra wants to be close to Jesse's children.She worships those kids. If he moves to Texas she will be able to see them more. Sandra said in an interview recently that no matter what has happened or what direction her and Jesse's life will take in the future that he had always been a fantastic Dad.. And that she hoped little Louis would be able to experience that with him also . I am glad they are thinking of these kids.

I guess because a real person is fallible, then obviously love would have nothing to do with it. Everyone makes mistakes - some what would seem as inexcusable ones - but who are we to judge the bond that these two might possibly still have. He knows what he did, asked for forgiveness from the people that matter to him and is paying the price. Now back off people and let 'them' decide what is best for them. If it is true love, then it will conquer everything.

Texas is a big state. Sandra and Jesse are not 'likely to cross paths' unless it's meant to be or arranged!

Sandra owns two homes in Austin Texas where a lot of her relatives live .Even though Jesse has a business there I find it curious that he would move there so close to Sandra.Maybe like another poster said it's for the sake of the children .
