No Alcohol in Lindsay Lohan's System After SCRAM Bracelet Set Off

Lindsay Lohan tested negative for alcohol after her SCRAM bracelet went off hours after the MTV Movie Awards, EOnline.com reports.

"They did a urinalysis through Medtox labs and it indicated conclusively that there was no alcohol in her system at that time," a source told E! "She was ordered to go right in and today just got the report back and it was negative."

Lohan's lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley also confirmed the results.

"She's doing really well at being sober and clean," another source close to the actress adds.

A judge ordered the 'Mean Girls' star to wear the alcohol-monitoring device after she missed a court hearing in May related to her 2007 DUI.

When the bracelet went off on the morning of June 7, a warrant was issued for Lohan's arrest, however, she quickly posted the increased bail of $200,000.

Another report says that the SCRAM bracelet registered .04 level of alcohol. Urine test says no alcohol, what is to be believed?

The photo below, of Lindsey and her sister leaving court... I do have a thought to share. Is that her sister in the white blouse? Did she dress like that to go to court? I mean, why bother wearing anything? It's bad enough that people show no respect for laws, but then to appear in court, is there to be no respect for the court, either? Then they wonder why the judge has a pre-conceived notion about what sort of person is standing before them. Yes, I know it was Lindsey that appeared, but her sister should've dressed like she wasn't headed to the beach. JMHO...

The reason the scram read .04 and the urine test were different was because of the time difference. The scram went off at 2:00am. The urine test was done at 10:00 am the next morning. Alcohol leaves the system much quicker than drugs, and 8 hours later was undetectable. The judge will know the difference. The SCRAM bracelet results are indisputable. This is Lindsay's lawyer just trying to save face.

If she registered .04, it stands to reason that HOURS later, she wouldn't have any alcohol in her system.

Alcohol isn't like weed. It doesn't stay in your system for days. Even if someone gets hammered they'll drop a clean UA 24 hours later.

July 6th should be interesting, her lawyer will say the urine test is right and she had no booze in her system. The SCRAM was wrong and went off for no reason. Wish I could be a fly on the wall in court.

What happens when you mix Rescue Detox (or any of the toxin cleansing formulas out there) with vodka or other alcohol? Does it negate the alcohol? If there's a way, Lyndsay Lohan will find it. Don't try this at home, folks.

I'm glad to hear her reps are positive about her being "sober and clean" but she has a long climb. She's is at a very critical point where she could easily fall off and use because she hasn't been clean for long. A year or two will tell and there is no guarantee she will remain that way.
She'll be an addict the rest of her life. Linday's path is upto her own self. Good luck to her.

Good, a person that wishes Lindsay Lohan good luck ... in reality isnt that what we want for her ... for her to get sober, get back to work, pay taxes, get a guy (the lesbian thing was probably a Anne Heche mistake/phase obviously), get pregnant, be happy? She LOOKS sober and one thing about Lindsay Lohan ... when she is sober and smiling she is a pretty girl and most people consider her to be very nice ... Hey Lindsay ... here's a person rooting for your health and hapiness ... I might be one of a few of one of a multitude ... but I am sure we outnumber the "bad" wishers ... so heres to your great happy healthy future ... C'mon AOLers ... One way to set off the alarm and not have alcohol in your system is to spill it on the device. one more time and she might be able to say "Judge, the thing is defective. Can you remove it" The device needs to be checked to see if someone contaminated it. if it is truely defective then they should remove it and replace it with one that is accurate.
