Tyler Shields On a 'Collision' Course With Lindsay Lohan And a 'Mad' Man

Tyler Shields is back with more of his now famous 'Collision' portraits. This time, however, he brings another PopEater favorite into the mix as he creates more of his mesmerizing art with Lindsay Lohan. We have to say, after seeing photos of Lindsay plastered all over the Internet, it's kind of surprising to see her presented in a new light.
See what Tyler had to say about working with Lindsay as well as Vincent Kartheiser from 'Mad Men' after the jump.
We caught up with Tyler to talk a little bit about these intense new portraits and working with celebs to create them.
What is a 'Collision'?
As for the collisions themselves, they are not double exposure nor are they made in Photoshop. They are all done in camera. Just a new way to get this type of image, and I am excited for people to see more of them!
On working with Lindsay:
Lindsay and I have been working together a bit more now and its a really fun dynamic we have. So when I said to her [that] I wanted to create a collision with her, she was excited.
On working with 'Mad Men' star Vincent Kartheiser:
As for Vincent and Alessandra [Torresani], they are both super amazing people and we just got really crazy and out of hand. For their shot, I took a bulldozer to a house. I wanted to show a real broken home. I have to say destruction is freedom and freedom is fun!

He needs to quit latching on Lindsay for fame. I don't know a single person that knew who he was before all the Lindsay shots, a fact I'm sure he's well aware of and riding it for all it's worth. If you're such good friends with her, you should have been guiding her to get help and straighten herself out instead of making her pose for ridiculous photo shoot after ridiculous photo shoot, making Lindsay think she's not only working, but somehow in demand, while barely even able to get real work because her life is such a disaster.
Good job Tyler, keep riding that money train.

I knew who Tyler was and I loved him then as much as I love him now.
His work is innovative, exciting, and ever-changing. And, all these photos are impressive. I love the one of him with his camera!

He sucks, no one knew who he was and he thinks covering someone in blood is art or sucking a lollypop in a dudes pants is cool. Lindsay's rep has gone down hill ever since meeting him. He's a LOSER!!!

I think Tyler's an amazing man. I just see so much in his photos. His photos tell stories of love, heartache, and a life well-lived. The collisions are just getting better and better. Can't wait till the next show!

Lol @ all his Twitter friends showing up to sing his praises. The guy is a loser. He's sucking up to Lindsay just like everyone else in her life because of 2 things. 1. Lindsay will do ANYTHING to do a photo shoot. She lives for them. and, 2. He knows this and keeps photographing her for the fame factor. No one is interested in Lindsay other than TMZ. She's hasn't had an acting job in how long? Her next job is as a porn star. The reason she is doing it? Because she is desperate enough to play a porn star. Machete = Bomb. Labor pains = straight to DVD it was so bad. Ugly Betty = fired. I Know Who Killed Me = Mega Bomb. Georgia Rules = The director said he was fed up with her behavior. Still a bomb even with Jane friggin Fonda.
Tyler doesn't care. It's all about sucking up for fame. There are SO many better photographers out there. Open your lame eyes.
