Gary Coleman Had Filed Restraining Order Against Ex-Wife

Legal documents show that Gary Coleman had filed a restraining order against ex-wife Shannon Price just months before she took him off life support, RadarOnline reports.

According to the papers, Coleman claimed that Price moved back into their home without his consent while he was hospitalized.

He also said that Price "has shown a tendency to damage, destroy and steal my property and I believe she will continue to do so in my absence and while she is trespassing in my home."

"I believe if she is given any warning of this pending order to require her to immediately vacate the home, she will cause more damage and destroy more irreplaceable memorabilia, documents, personal papers and other such valuables," the papers continued.

The 'Diffr'ent Strokes' star was granted the restraining order on Feb. 19, 2010, but never served it to Price.

Talking to Radar, Coleman's former agent, Robert Malcolm, discussed the actor's relationship with Price at the time he sought the restraining order.

"The dynamics of their relationship were very unhealthy," he said. "This time he knew he needed to break away so he made sure she was not allowed in his home, but then he had feelings for her even though she was abusive and so he allowed her back into his home."

I think she hit poor Gary or pushed him, her callousness on that 911 call was enough to convince me, this needs an investigation.

I think she had something to do with it too. Like maybe she did push him or knock him in the head. Is she really wheelchair bound or does she have limited mobility. I would definitly watch this woman.

DOES NOT MATTER WHAT ANY OF US THINK. NOBODY CARES WHAT WE THINK. THE POINT HERE IS THIS IS NOW DONE AND OVER. NOBODY CAN BRING GARY BACK. IF AN INJUSTICE WAS DONE TO HIM THE POLICE AND HIS PARENTS WILL GET HER IF SHE DID SOMETHING WRONG. AS FOR THE HOSPITAL DOING WHAT THEY DID....IT WAS DEFINATELY NOT RIGHT LETTING HER OF ALL PEOPLE MAKE THAT DECISION COZ SHE WAS NOT MARRIED TO GARY.

Linda, it matters if she PROFITS off his death! If she had something to do with his death then she should not be able to make money off of him in his death. It is very clear from the restraining order that he was scared of her.

His ex-wife seems to have many characteristics of a sociopath. The autopsy revealed that he did die from a fall - I agree that he fell but it is very possible that he was "pushed" but I wonder if there is any way to prove that?

Nemesis will definately catch up with Shannon Price if she intentionally pulled the life support of Gary that needed affection and love one by him side. This is to tell you of the double standard America play. If it was Shannon that was grounded and was having brain bleeding, i'm sure most of this reporters would have started calling Gary names and naming him a killer. Though we do not know exactly what happened and how Gary happen to struck his head on the ground but it's my prayer that if Shannon was the cause of it, the ghost of gary will hunt her until she's no more. May Gary's soul rest in peace.

Are we forgetting that Gary himself had a violent and abusive side??? There is a lot of this caught on camera. He was abusive, she was abusive. No news here. I say these two were perfect for each other and the whole matter should rest.

That skank needs to be in prison. Has anyone seen the picture on the rag magazine "The Globe" of her and Gary on his death bed? She obviously took the picture with a cellphone. She knew some rag would buy it off her and she could make a quick buck off Gary. That woman killed him there is no doubt. She needs to be on deathrow and someone take her picture with a cellphone.

This woman KILLED HIM, he was downstairs and she was upstairs, HOW DID HE FALL? Maybe she was up the stairs waiting for him so she could push him down? Even the 911 call is so fake, she didn't show any emotions and she was refusing to even go downstairs because she had fever, when something like that happens, fever or no fever you just run to help, it is an instinct we have, not just stay calm wait few minutes then call the police, this Hiena should be in jail right now, and the police should be investigating her, she had no right to pull any plugs to begin with, why aren't authorities doing something about it is my question, to that animal Gary was worth more to her dead than alive, those pictures she sold are the proof, what is the police waiting for?
