A judge in Los Angeles Superior Court has ordered Lindsay Lohan to sit for a two-hour deposition next month to answer questions related to her drug use during a 2007 car chase that ended in Lohan's arrest, the Huffington Post reports.

The deposition was ordered and will be used in a civil lawsuit filed by Tracie Rice, a passenger in the car Lohan chased in 2007. Rice is suing the actress for assault, negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The trial is set for late July.

Rice's attorney, Paul Hoffman, requested the deposition after stating the actress hadn't answered important questions about her drug use and whether or not she was remorseful in a previous deposition. "This case is about somebody who claims to be sober and had cocaine and blew a DUI for alcohol," Hoffman said.
