Mel Gibson Files Restraining Order Against Ex-Girlfriend

Mel Gibson has filed for a restraining order against Oksana Grigorieva, his ex-girlfriend and mother of his seven-month-old daughter, RadarOnline is reporting. According to the website, the actor filed the paperwork under seal today at the Los Angeles Superior Court.

The documents list Mel Gibson as the plaintiff and Oksana Grigorieva as the defendant. RadarOnline reports the documents were served to Grigorieva at her home last night.

Though the papers are sealed and can't be released to the public, it's reported the complaint is about three main issues and the movie star's access to his young daughter, Lucia.

Gibson and Grigorieva broke up in April after dating for little over a year. The break up was allegedly amicable, though at the time Grigorieva was quoted as saying, "We have split up, suddenly and recently... Unfortunately, I cannot give you the reason. But you will find out everything quite soon."

They made their first appearance as a couple only a few weeks after Gibson's wife of over 30 years filed for divorce. Gibson has seven children from his marriage in addition to Lucia with Grigorieva. She has a son, Alexander, from a previous relationship with actor Timothy Dalton.

Robin Gibson put up with Mel's boozing and cheating for 30 years, stayed home, raised their kids and played the devoted wife in public through her humiliation and pain. She was a good "Catholic Girl" and tried to abide by the Church's rules.

Oksana was the straw that broke Robin's back.....can you really blame her? The kids were all old enough now to understand what there father was doing. She didn't have to make excuses for him....they could see the front pages of the tabloids screaming the scandal.

Now, the homewrecking Oksana, who apparently got pregrant the first time he jumped her scrawny little body, finds she is the spurned one. She knew exactly what she was doing and he was "smitten". The lust wore off, he now realizes he liked what he had pre-Oksana and wants Robin and family back.......TOO BAD!!

I believe Robin is way too smart to put herself through a farce of a marriage again. Sure, he's contrite right now. What happens when he gets the itch again and Robin has no leverage because she took him back for the same conduct

So Oksana, live with it! It's over....the lust is gone for Mel.
Take care of Lucia, let Mel be a good Daddy....and live high off the hog with all the millions you'll get in your settlement. Afterall, isn't the money what you were actually after from the get go and why you purposely got pregnant so quickly?

I have always liked Mel Gibson. Loved him in "The Patriot". I was so disappointed in him as a person when he cheated on his wife with this woman. Thirty years of a great relationship and he leaves her for a one night stand??? Ugh! Regarding the girlfriend: No one with a brain gets pregnant by accident these days. Which means she did it on purpose or is not too sharp. If he needs an order of protection she may be unbalanced. Mel, as the bible says, you reap what you sow. Beg your wife to take you back, then keep it zipped.
