If you keep it up you can do this for a long time. I think this is awsome. More power to him. For sure he does'n look like he sits around all day watching TV. Great!
His reflexes could be due to the fact that he is/was a dancer in his younger years. I agree, for his age he is very flexible and in GREAT shape all probably due to the fact that he took very god care f his body. Did not abuse but used.
