Jason Bateman caused a stir on Thursday when he cut the line at an Apple store while waiting for the new iPhone, but contrary to widespread reports, the actor wasn't booed. Us Weekly quoted a source saying that "everyone literally started booing and hissing" when the 'Arrested Development' star was pulled from the line by an Apple employee. Another witness said the crowd "freaked and booed." Not so, says Bateman.
"There wasn't one boo. Not one hiss," Bateman said on Twitter, in a nod to the Us source. "The Apple guy brought me in away from the paparazzi. Period."

I believe they probably did boo him. It's wrong to cut in line even if you are a celeb. He should have hired someone if it was going to be a problem with paps or just ordered it on line. I don't believe he waited once he got in the store.
Dealing with paps is just the price the stars have to pay for wanting to be a star.

If I where out there I would have booed him to. No way he should have went in ahead of other people.

Jason who? Yeh, we want to see this idiot standing in line. Pahlease. "Arrested Development Star"? Call me crazy but i don't even know wtf that is either and neither do i care. This country needs one good revolution! The haves against the have nots. Why not, it happens in other countries!!

Really. Your name should be KluLESS.
A revolution? Sure, we could use one of those. But let's make it the self-imposed ignorant vs those of us not afraid of reality and educating ourselves.
Seems maybe Apple pulled him out of line to limit chaos and interruption. But who cares? The "Paps" are the result of our self-imposed celebrity fixation. As long as we eat it, the "paps" will feed it to us it.
Love Jason, don't pick on him:)!!!
