FILE - In this Aug. 28, 2005 file photo, rap mogul Marion "Suge" Knight is taken away by paramedics after he was shot in the leg at the Shore Club in Miami Beach, Fla. Knight, was shot once in the upper right leg by an unknown assailant at the star-studded party hosted by Grammy-wining hip hop artist Kanye West. More than four years later, Knight is claiming in a lawsuit that West and the Shore Club's owners failed to provide adequate security. Knight is seeking more than $1 million, including a 15-carat diamond earring he lost in the chaos. (AP Photo/Kim Tumey, File) NO SALES

Why are you guys (and by guys I mean, one writer in particular seems to author these articles) always speculating about the state of someone's career? I just noticed, it's like every other article is this dire prediction about someone's relevancy or a grand proclamation of someone's return to the spotlight or what they can do to get it back. Maybe (Mr. Newman) you should be an agent because this, this is just silly, it's not reporting, it's opinion.

Who cares about the author, bottom line is kayne is a piece of crap, musically, politically, racially, you name it - he is crap and the world would be a better place with him, and the likes, laying quietly in pine boxes...
Reggie,
You're right on the money!
Oh, goodie - more sampling, because West doesn't have a talented or original bone in his self-impressed body. No, thanks - I prefer listening to those that actually ARE talented in all genres.
Kanye West is a lyrical genuis who did wrong and has since apologized. But apparently all the low-self esteem having, secretly-wishing-they-were-black rednecks are responding to this article. I'm amused.
Personally,I can't stand Kanye West. But then again, I think that type of so-called "music" is trash. Hip hop, rap, whatever they are calling it this week is all nothing more that fast talking garbage that only uneducated morons can seem to tune in to.
I will say however, that West screwed up big time with his bumrushing of more than just one star but several in the past. I am one person that believes that on a personal level, people can change and I am always open to seehow someone like West may have changed, if at all. I say give the man some time and see how he moves forward. If he can show that he has learned to show respect for others, then let him be. After all, there are many other stars out there that are well deserving of our blasts. Tiger, Jesse, Lindsay. You get the idea...
West probably took the last bit of change in his pocket to pay someone to write something positive like west is putting out a new CD so he's no longer an A-Hole
ok, i am not a fan of rap, but i do respect it, and to me that was not a good performance. his movements were cliche, he had the rhythm of a white boy and his voice was screeching out the lyrics, the back drop was more entertaining.
If so, then I'm... thrilled. Really. I am. I swear...
NOT...

WHO IS todd?
Kanye is a legend in his own mind
Hey Todd. I got the answer. Cainine West is a racist who stole a tender moment from a pretty white girl when she won an award last year. This year, he STIL sucks! Never liked his nursary rhymes
He should be a monkey swinging from a tree, BY THE NECK FROM A NOOSE !!!
If a white man did what he did OMG They would be burning and rioting like a bunch of wild animals ( rodney king remake)
Kanye West! is a R&B no body
He is a black troll where the hell could he posibly have gone??? to the hood??? He should be wearing a hood !! He is an ugly nagger!!

Could have easily been a "White" troll. Gone "possibly" to a trailer park. He should then be wearing a sheet. With eye holes. Then he would be an ugly.... You get the picture. You people are shameful. Incident could have taken place with artist of same race. If Kanye felt Beyonce best, his feelings. Could have been publicity stunt too. Anyway, obvious whose who, and what "great minds", AND your neighbors are thinking in THIS chat. Sad isn't it?
you got that right..... he is rude, crude and the world would be better if he were in a body bag.... this is one self centered piece of chit I can live with out!!
You should be the one wearing a hood, a white hood with a burning cross
