Sandra Bullock and Jesse James' Divorce Finalized

Sandra Bullock and Jesse James are no longer legally married.

The couple's divorce was finalized in Travis County, Texas, TMZ reports. Bullock filed papers on April 23, describing the marriage as "insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities."

Just days after taking home her first Academy Award, Bullock learned her husband had been having several affairs, when the first of the women -- Michelle "Bombshell" McGee -- came forward with her story.

Jesse was then implicated in seven extramarital affairs.

Although James and Bullock worked together to adopt Louis Bardot back in January, custody was not an issue in the split, as James dropped his name from the adoption papers. James has three children from previous relationships.

The 'Monster Garage' host and the actress wed in 2005.

Screw "going back to normal". I wanna see Jesse spiral into a terrible life of drug abuse and depression. I want his businesses to go under. I want to see Sandra disappointed in love again and that adopted kid of hers turn out to be a nightmare. That's what we want, people. Isn't it?

Let's just start a movement to remove marriages from society. They do not mean anything to most people anyway. Men cheat on their wives and wives cheat on the husbands. The only good having a marriage certificate does is let you pick the best insurance from each others work. You can put what ever name you want on a kids birth certificate anyway...Most of you are saying but I know so and so who were married for 50 years. Yeah, but they cheated along the way and were smart enough not to get caught. or, did get caught and the partner made their lives ^%*& for a long time. I'm just saying the whole marriage thing is throwing off our society. Just get rid of it.

No one should ever be abused. Saying you are sorry doesn't mean you won't do it again.
If Sandra had taken him back, he would know that he could do it again.......and again. I have a friend who 'forgave' her cheating husband three times and he cried and cried each time he said he was sorry.
Cheating once is totally unacceptable.
