Jeremy London Seeks Injuction Against Mother and Twin Brother

'Party of Five' star Jeremy London asked a court earlier today to issue an injunction prohibiting his mother, his twin brother and his brother's fiancee from giving any interviews about him, the Associated Press reports. London claims the interviews are hurting his career and reputation.

The actor also claims the interviews are interfering with the police investigation surrounding his alleged kidnapping several weeks ago. "The detective in charge of the investigation is concerned that the media frenzy caused by the actions of the defendants will compromise his investigation into the criminal matter," the lawsuit said.

About three weeks ago, London told police he was kidnapped while changing a flat tire and forced to drive around, buy alcohol and take drugs. Since the story went public, his family has publicly doubted the actor's story in several interviews.

The complaint specifically mentions his mother, Deborah Nielson, his twin brother, Jason London, and his brother's fiancee, Sofia Karstens. According to the lawsuit, all three have disregarded requests to stop giving interviews since the alleged kidnapping on June 10.

A few days after the story broke, his brother and mother gave an interview to E! Entertainment Television in which they said they were concerned about the actor and the possibility of a drug relapse.

They continued to cast doubt on London's story in an interview with People magazine, saying it all "didn't add up."

It baffles me that this man wont just tell the truth. He lied to cover up his relapse and now an innocent man is behind bars for "partying" with him. The story does not add up. I really hope he gets the help he needs. The only one hurting his reputaion and career is him. BTW , when is the last time he did some form of notable acting anyway?

Okay, time for him and Eminem to team up, or have a rap war against they're mother's. Funny how they kind of look alike, except Jeremy can act and look more of a country boy. Plus that guy looks a bit heavy. I remember his brother Jason being hot in the movie The Man in the Moon!
